But, let's say the ref didn't blow the whistle, I would believe Madrid players would react better to De Ligt's shot, I would even argue that Lunin might save it. But again, if the goal stands, it would go into extra time, and I think Madrid has the advantage (as a fan I would believe it), another scenario, the game would go into penalties then it's 50/50. For people think the game is rigged, Madrid had a goal disallowed, if it's rigged, the ref would have given that goal for Madrid, and maybe Madrid would win 3-1 or 3-2. Also let's not forget that Bayern also blew it, they gave up 2 goals in the span of 2-3 minutes, in the last minutes of the game! Madrid simply took advantage and didn't give up. I respect what De Ligt had to say, and also Tuchel. I Genuinely feel bad for Bayern, and maybe VAR and the rules of refereeing needs to be updated. At this point, I wouldn't have a problem for a replay, really. But will it happen? Most likely not. Just huge respect for Bayern.

I looked over on Twitter, the bayern goal was not offside. The ref is supposed to let the play continue until an attack is finished, instead he blew the whistle early and thus no var review can be made. This is the same ref which, after var review, gave that handball for psg against Newcastle in the last minute so psg wouldn't get knocked out. Yes, that handball, same ref, investigations must be made.

Yes, it was a mistake from the referee and the linesman. But to be fair, Madrid defence stopped the play after referee whistled, otherwise Delight wouldn't have that much room to kick the goal.

Neuer who played incredibly for the whole game, made a huge mistake at the end to allow the equalizer, and the linesman who should’ve allowed the play to continue and let the VAR to double check the decision costed Bayern tonight.

Casi siempre sucede lo mismo, especialmente con el Real Madrid. Buscar y vender polémica sin hablar del partido y eliminatoria global... De los dos excelentes porteros... De Vinicius, Joselu... Del partidazo del Madrid. De las 4/5 ocasiones que no pudo concluir además de la grandeza mental de volver a reponerse. Se obvia un gol anulado muy discutible al Madrid. Tampoco tiene sustento prolongar DOS VECES el partido hasta los 15 minutos con la intención, quizá, de ayudar o pretender quedar bien con el Bayer... Una última jugada no necesaria, fuera de tiempo, en fuera de juego, asi lo indica la línea trazada por Movistar. Tampoco fue gol anulado cuando estaba pintada y anulada con los jugadores del Madrid parados. Siendo generoso, si fuera correcta, sería un 2-2 no significando que el Bayern hubiese ganado y/o clasificado. Nunca se sabrá... El Madrid es justo vencedor a dos partidos. Empató en Alemania y ganó en su campo...!! En fin, que hubiese ganado el Bayern en su campo y metido más goles en Madrid. These type of controversial incidents have been happening for years now in favour of Real Madrid e.g. Ramos offside against Atletico in the 2016 final, two offside goals against Bayern in 2017, Ramos deliberately injuring Salah and giving karius a concussion in the 2018 final and no punishment. I don’t think it makes much sense to expect the ref not to blow when the linesman puts his flag up. The players will inevitably stop as the flag is usually a direct indicator. If the ref is not close to play (he wasn’t) and sees the flag, it’s normal for him to immediately whistle. I blame the linesman and only the linesman for the early flag.

Decisions from officials were a disgrace. The fact play was allowed to continue earlier in the game with a second ball on the field as well, when Real hit the post and then the last min offside. Absolute farce.
