Fennec Shand for sure isn't dead since she is going to be the rival to the Mandalorian. She is too good of a character to kill off. I also wonder if the Bounty Hunter is Carl Weather's character that came to claim Fennecs body.
If I may ask, why did you stop reacting to the walking dead, the showrunner made season 9 and 10 like SO SO GOOD!! Really good show RN!! Its great, but yeah that's all I had to ask
At the end, should that young punk have really expected to be able to kill Mando who was wearing that good-quality armor? I thought that armor gave him a lot of extra protection against blaster fire. BTW: you mentioned Boba Fett - that's potentially spoilerific!
People are calling this episode "filler" because they're impatient idiots who try to act like they're Star Wars fans even though they can't just enjoy a show that's taking us all across the galaxy and expanding canon
I am glad you liked this because lots of folks didn't, and i thought is was good. Toro was obviously a rich kid who wanted to be a bounty hunter. People didn't like his acting. I think people missed that about him. He was a typical cocky spoiled rich kid looking for the easy way to the top. Also, i thought this episode was necessary - 1) it established that Mando is wanted now and that information has traveled, 2) he is going to have issues getting jobs as a gun for hire - people who hire him are going to be folks who don't know his story 3) Mos Eisley was pretty quiet - (could be cost savings) but sounds like the Hutt power has diminished, since the Republic put all the crimelords on lockdown 4) the mechanic let him know he doesn't know how to take care of a kid, so it'll be interesting later if he tries to be a better dad 5) I agree, that is Moff Gideon. he probably had the bounty on her head. (some folks think it was boba fett).
I can bring you in cold or bring you in hot. Nobody takes my line. The Maverick style western gunslinging space battle was for sure awesome. That's Amy Sedaris from the film Elf also directed by Jon Favreau. Nice Elf Easter egg.
It isn't only the fact that I enjoy the story, the characters, the music, the incredible production values and cinematography of "The Mandalorian", but I just find that there is something incredibly satisfying about watching the show. Pure enjoyment. Which these days is saying something...
BOBA FETT IS STILL ALIVE IN CANON HE KILLED AND ESCAPED THE SARLACK PIT!!!! COULD BE HIM AT THE END OF THE EPISODE ESPECIALLY WITH THE CLASSIC BOBA SPURS YOU HEAR WHILE HES WALKING, LEADING TO THE FINALE WITH THE TWO MOST FAMOUS MANDALORIAN BOUNTY HUNTERS!!!!
@@randycooper3428 yeah I'm not completely sure either but I'm pretty sure he is cause of the armor and his dad Jango Fett I believe was a rouge Mandalorian who removed his helmet and was exiled possibly
@@KnicksCarnageTV I think it just depends on who you ask. Some say yes he is, some say no. I think it has to do with him not being raised in the whole Mandalore culture. Either way it would still be cool to see Boba back.
@@randycooper3428 yeah that is true he could not be considered one cause he never was raised like a real Mandalorian with with other Mandos even if he is or isn't actually one by blood
I watched episode 5 yesterday I looks at the droid and i went Pit droids. So happy to see Tatooine after the empire. i looked at the droids in the catina it's the same droid that was in jabba's palace. I got the she's got the high ground thing refrence to obi- wan. The tuskan raiders were awesome. very good episode I loved it. can't wait for more of your videos John and Greg.
@@Sithqueen.29 I mean we were just trying to help someone out, you're the one biting people's heads off. If someone consistently spells the same word incorrectly, one can safely assume that person does not know the correct way to spell the word. Which is what happened here. No hard feelings mate, I ain't coming after you.
Great review 👍 We cannot dismiss it could be Cad Bane, or Greef Carga. Both are alive in this time. Then again it may be just another bounty hunter who happened to be shown at the end. Who knows...such a high bounty as a force sensitive child? by now word has spread far and wide. Boba Fett? Recall what Jon said in an interview: Boba Fett won't be in the show...
@@JeffZ1028 But that totally fits. He’s trying to copy all the other tough guy mercs and bounty hunters he’s come across. He’s basically faking his way through life.
Not officially. He was supposed to fight Boba in the Clone Wars before it was cancelled. Since the episode was never released, it's not canon. He's still alive.
With baby yoda, 18:42 to be fare, they don’t have any real merch for baby yoda because they didn’t want to spoil the surprise of episode one. Not for this year any way.
I don't remember Sand People being able to speak sign language(well kinda sign language), but it was cool to see that communication. "That's my line." is basically f**k you in Mando speak LOL. That cocky fool learned the hard way not to mess with Mando, or Baby Yoda(although I do like his vest.) I hope Mando kept that speeder bike, if he has room for it in his ship.
This was a great episode! It had fan service and it developed the characters more. To the idiots who didn't like the episode go and watch Batwomam cause every episode of that show actually sucks!
The episode was necessary but damn if it didn't feel weak especially when compared to the other episodes. Feel like any necessary things could've just been added to other episodes and made them longer. Wasn't a fan of his character either.
Can someone please tell me who all those people/creature were that were protecting baby yoda in 1st Mandalorian? No ever talks about them and why they were protecting the baby. Who are they?
So u guys feel that this was a waste for the assassin lady’s actress was wasted? How about the guy from the beginning of this episode. Isn’t he a waste? He drop the mando’s line so he must of been cool. Maybe she was just an extended cameo, because of the Star Wars title. Not being concerned with the guy being hinted to at the end there is what everyone else is doing. So if it would hurt you that she won’t be coming back then too bad
Greg and John, you two are literally the only reactors who truly loved the episode. All the others were a little letdown by it. But I could understand why: Ming’s character got kill off way too quickly (Maybe because Agent May bias 🤷♀️) The Mechanic’s acting was kinda over the top and there were instances where she was holding the Baby Yoda like a puppet so it took me out during her scenes... I do love the return to Tattooine - post Empire!
