I don't know if Alex's genius comes from a degree or experience and Mindfulness (Pretty sure the latter, you can't be taught all this brilliance from a text book), but I've been following for 2 years now(Alex, I liked the bit more shy goofball who sometimes got embarrassed a bit more. Please don't lose that innocence). I found him immediately after breaking up with my fiance of 5years, only three months into the new one YEAR LEASE WE BOTH HAD SIGNED🙅. This was two years ago. Since then, I began with experiments just trying his tactics on things that were not that important or people who aren't-to me . He has led me down the path of pure awe, to down right torture with his dark series (deserved, trust me.) , To literally having my man obsessed. Q man I found a bit exciting from work was catching my eye and ears a little more. (#1momI know lol) my daughter ,(16) and I decided I should just go for it and try all of his lessons in 1 man. Would be fun, plus it wasn't that important to me.... Well, it all worked. But within 2 months I too was fallowing completely inlove. I actually believe this man has always been in my life some way or another, like I've known him for 1000 years. He was PERFECT. 1 year later. He is actually a sociopath. We live together. Which is so cool. (Mind you this is the 3rd man in over a decade I've ever let know my children 1 being the bio father) I don't know if it was I who turned him into a possessive, insecure, hypocrite with two personalities.... But it's a Huge possibility. Alex is amazing. I'm here today finding answers in how to fix the ugly that just recently popped out after a year of perfect.. All this WORKS, so be careful what you ask for....

It comes down to knowing your self worth as a woman. If you need a man to make you feel that you need his validation then you have some more work to do on yourself, in that I mean love your self more. I never see anyone as better than me or less than me. I am able to approach and talk to anyone, even a man I am attracted to. I see the essence of a person. We are the same but play different roles.

I would love to have a conversation over a beer with you over this stuff. You have this kind of insight not many people have. This kind of deep intuitive understanding of how people work, and that it's okay. Everything comes from trauma and how our parents treated us and themselves. Almost every argument we have as adults, is a due to a trauma wound from childhood. We need to try to understand ourselves better so we can break the cycles and not destroy another generation, if we decide to have children. I for sure, am not.
i feel women on here likes your mind, but i also feel most women dont use their own minds to use their own discretion to set their own knowledge and have . i appreciate your knowledge, however, i feel like women try to find guys who are intelligent, confident like yourself and expect a man to steer their life. i wish more women can take the best out of every situation. i think the worst of f'ups is feeling entitled. that causes alot of women feeling worthless.
There is this concept in Islam, never bow down to the creation, only to the creator, no one is better or worse than another than their personal relationship with God. God provides to all, not people. Similar bodies as in having the same basic structure and components I. E. Arms, legs, boobs, genitals that also have the same parts etc. Whether one woman's body is toned and fit and the other is not isn't a REAL DIFFERENCE that makes one a female and the other a man or an alien..

Man this is so much help to me. I'm always told I'm hot but I never feel as hot as the guys I like and when I get around them I'm super nervous and feel like they are better than me. I had a guy that looked like superman that I couldn't truly date and be with because I was to nervous and didn't feel worthy.

You have no idea how much you have helped me today with my own situation of trying to be a friend and love someone in spite of issues with obvious things that appear to block progress moving forward and also my need to want things to go the way i want them to go in most moments we spend time together...but in spite of... im still there.... not focusing on the moment but instead everything swimming around in my suspicious analytical head....smdh but I came to a decision before stumbling across this video to just accept the person and the moment and let things naturally evovle to what is meant to be not just this situation but anything that involves dealing with people. It's an amazing gift to be able to see behind the mask! and also being able to find out people's primal wound. Yes we all share one of these wounds, but it's always been very interesting for me to discern which wound it was that created such a thick shell of ego around them
