Why not twist the shoulder? just wondering. Im a begginner

isn't spinal lateral rotation going to add more torque force to the strike? :O or did you mean it's unnecessary to hit someone that hard and slow?

Wing Chun and Jeet Kune do punches are longer. Because fists are vertical.
