Coming back to watch after beating the Saints again yesterday.

This game was more than just a trip to Philly, this game was about revenge for 2009 and it was sweet but the debt isn’t paid off yet.

I was so glad that the defender missed Diggs because the Minnesota Vikings are my favorite team

I will never forget the pure rage i felt inside when the Saints went ahead with 28 seconds. I literally almost threw up, shaking mad. The vikings just always did this to the fans. Victory ripped from our grips at the last second. But finally, FINALLY... Diggs caught that ball my mom yells RRRUUUUUUNNNNNN...and we lost our ever living MINDS!!!! Best moment of my life. It felt like we won the superbowl, not that we know how that feels. Who cares the Eagles stomped us the next week to rip away our home Superbowl. In that moment, life stood still. Going frome rage to complete euphoria was insane. I lost my voice for a week 🤣

I remember watching this game. I’m not a Vikings fans but I was in Florida and i went into a sports bar to catch the 4th quarter and once the saints scored that field goal I said “they’re gonna go down the field and score” and that’s exactly what they did.

So glad they pulled that game out. The look on Sean Peyton’s face was worth every penny. Thanks to Bounty Gate he got to end his season right there.

There in the final few ticks of the clock, Superbowl hopes for the Saints were destroyed! Seeing their fans all nonplussed and in shock, gave me a frisson of sweet shadenfreude. Then in the City of Brotherly Love, on the next Sunday we ran out of luck. We came to play but when push came to shove my team got massacred. Don't karma suck?!!!

This never gets old, but you missed a key moment, caught on camera, Saints coach Sean Payton (the guy who was suspended, but amazingly not BANNED FROM FOOTBALL FOREVER for his role in the Saints scheme of paying players a bounty to INJURE other players intentionally) mocking the Vikings fans when he was sure he was going to win this game, turning to the fans and mimicking the Skol gesture. Any halfway decent coach would bench any player on his team showing such poor sportsmanship by mocking FANS of an opponent, and this guy engages in that behavior AS A COACH. What an utter LOSER of a man. I was just as happy that he LOST this game as I was that the Vikings won. In my opinion, this guy as no place in professional sports.

As a bears fan in 2017 a team that sucked in a situation where the Vikings represented the Nfc north I thought that the saints were probably gonna win it and then the unexpected Minneapolis miracle happened and that was the only time I liked the Vikings and the bears would never do that. This vid got me hyped for this years (2019) playoff and its gonna be a good one.

Diggs's sooo arrogant demeanor cost them the NFC Championships later. It's karma. You don't see that kind of winning attitude from Patriots players, no matter how much they win. That Diggs miracle turned into a Vikings disaster 38 - 7 vs the Eagles. Contrast his to Malcolm Butler's humility after his SB-winning interception.

I love the play, but reminded how we lost Keenum, I will always believe a second yr Keenum in this system was a much better choice then bringing in Cousins at the time, and that money saved would have went a long way towards a O line

All of the videos and comments on this play seem to mention the defender who ducked out at the last second, "he had a shot". Fact is he was early and knew it. Reading his mind I read this: "A penalty guarantees time and a close field goal shot. No way will he catch this anyway. Just my take.
