Feeling unsafe at home is not normal. Every third woman in India faces violence at home. Domestic violence can be physical, emotional, verbal, sexual and/or financial.

Emotional abuse is an extremely normalised form of domestic violence. Controlling the daily life of women from clothing to friends circle, monitoring phone and social media activity, constantly insulting and undermining self-esteem and restricting mobility are some of the many ways in which perpetrators control and abuse their partner or family member emotionally.

This is great that you illustrated domestic violence especially on women either physically or verbally, but you should also have shown that how women stand back against this. Isn't it so? Do make on the given implications in the forthcoming videos. It'd be much better than what you make presently.

jb bi koi ladki divorce leti he, muje bahot khushi hoti he !! i live in ahmedabad, gujarat, india n if any girl/woman needs shelter/support/company, my house gate is always open !! give helping hands to each other, bcoz only unity of girls can end patriarchy !! all women should never marry !! the man who loves u, will support/love u, even without marriage !! bcoz married women/men r enemies of other women !!

i have told thousand women that u can stay in my house, but still they prefer domestic violence in place of leaving their family, no courage of anything, they learn the trick of abuse from husband, & then apply on him only, they give toxic family to children, but they never ever want to have the label of divorce.

IN THIS VIDEO I DIDN'T SEE ANY KIND OF VIOLENCE BUT IF WE ARE GOING TO TALK ABOUT SPEAK VIOLENCE ON THIS .I WILL COMMENT THAT IT'S HER LIFE WHY EVEN SHE LET DECIDE THAT PERSON WHAT TO WEAR OR NOT. भारत की कोई लड़की अगर पितृसत्ता की राह पर चलना छोड़ दे, तो उसके खुद के मां-बाप उसको पूरी जिंदगी नरक की आग में जलाते है, हमारी गलती क्या है? बस खाली इतनी कि हम भी किसी पुरुष की तरह अपना घर खरीदना चाहते है, हम भी किसी पुरुष की तरह अपनी आजादी चाहते है, हमारे जैसी लड़कियों को अगर "भारत रत्न" का खिताब भी मिल जाए ना, तो वह भी कम है, हमारे दुखों के आगे।

कब तक भागती रहोगी? पहले मां-बाप से भागा, फिर पहले पति से भागा, फिर दूसरे पति से भागोगी, अगर भागना ही है तो पितृसत्ता से दूर भागो, अपने नाम पर अपना घर खरीद के शांति से अकेले रहो, शादी कभी मत करो, जो लड़का तुमसे प्यार करता है, वह बिना शादी के भी प्यार निभाएगा।

Emotional and mental voilence can also ve faced by husband. Many wife emotionally blackmail husband and do voilence with husband. Why your video only show only female domestic voilence. Make one video on male also...why only one side.

It is not only physical violence that hurts, words can scar you too. Emotional, physical abuse all constitute as abuse and should be dealt with as such. Hopefully this was clear .
