Ingredients for the cream:
35 g cornstarch
8 g vanilla sugar
100 g of sugar
1 Egg
600 g sour cream (10-25%)
250 g soft butter
100 g chopped walnuts
Ingredients for the dough:
6 Eggs (medium size)
1 Pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
180 g of sugar
150 g melted butter
100 g of honey
360 g of flour
1 tsp baking soda
100 g ground walnuts
1 tbsp vinegar (5-9%)
each cake base is baked for about 10 minutes at 200° Celsius (400°F) upper-lower heat without convection on a medium rail until it is ready, and check with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
