THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES IN ENGLAND & A REAL FAIRYTALE COTTAGE// Happy Wednesday! Can we ever tire of beautiful and picturesque villages in England? We don't think so. There are so many and in today's episode we share some of the most beautiful villages in England like Beeley, Pilsley, Edensor & Calton Lees. We visited the Chatsworth Estate in the Peak District in England where you find very quaint villages with chocolate box cottages and stunning houses. It's what you would see on a picture postcard only that it's real. We also show you a real fairytale cottage set in the stunning English countryside. But we will tell you more about it in the video. Yes, definitely re-book! I stayed there with my husband and two friends and it was the most magical place. I definitely want to go back and tried to get my son to go there for his honeymoon. The farm shop at Chatsworth is incredible and getting a hamper from there to have at the Russian Cottage makes for a perfect stay. Staying there is one of my very best memories. It is very difficult to book, but please keep trying!

The scenery in the back of that cottage is absolutely breathtaking. The countryside of England it’s what captures my attention, so picturesque and lovely.

It doesn't matter the season, the villages and hamlets you filmed were spectacular! I loved the stone houses and fences. Everything was so picturesque and serene. Watching this video was just like time travelling (I was struck by the conspicuous absence of cars until you arrived at the Chatsworth Farm Shop). How disappointing for you - maybe next year you can stay at the Russian Cottage. I'm looking forward to the Chatsworth vlog. Thank you so much!

What this follower from the U.S. appreciates about this lovely couple is that they have the aptitude to narrate in a soft tone. Most people do not stop to consider that when you are near a microphone it is not a good idea to speak loudly, or even at a normal volume. Yes, yes, try again for Russia cottage! The story of having the village moved reminded me of a story my French history professor told. Truth or legend, not sure. Louis XIV wanted to see a lake from his Versailles bedroom, the next morning. The servants worked all night, they succeeded. The "lake" was only a few inches deep. Louis was happy!

Das Wetter ist zwar so trüb wie bei uns, umso schöner war es aber mit euch diesen Ausflug zu machen. Es entspannt schon beim zuschauen ☺️. Sehr schön, dieser Wagen mit Leckereien, wo man sich , gegen eine Spende , etwas mitnehmen kann. Versucht bitte nochmal mit dem Cottage euer Glück - aller guten Dinge sind drei 😜. Vielen Dank! Ja, es war recht trüb aber Gott sei Dank an dem Tag meist trocken, dafür waren wir echt dankbar. Und es war nicht wirklich kalt, eigentlich richtig gut zum Filmen. Ja, wir versuchen es nochmal mit dem Cottage, es ist wirklich traumhaft, so ruhig und perfekt zum Wandern und überhaupt. Ganz liebe Grüße

This video brought back so many fond memories for me. The peak District is one of my favorite areas in the UK. Truly are beautiful villages. Love both of your Tweeds ensembles, you both look great ! Kirsten, I have to say I love your sense of humour. @@KirstenJoerg Oh no, thank YOU for posting this lovely video. My goodness, it was terrific and the food at the *honesty station* looked so yummy. Side note: Kirsten, I ended up purchasing not one, but three of the Villeroy & Boch Christmas plates. (Small one, not the platter.) I plan on putting Lindor/ Lindt wrapped chocolates on each plate. They are for three cousin's. I will finally start my baking this weekend. First will be Vanillekipferl, and hopefully I'll not eat them all before Christmas. (No willpower at all, these days. That was a lovely video. Those villages were really beautiful and the houses all had the nice blue paint. The Russian cottage was lovely, it looked like my perfect holiday destination. You must book to go again, third time lucky! We went to Derbyshire in September during the fuel shortages and we managed to fill our tank in Baslow! It was funny because it was an old fashioned petrol station where they still fill your petrol for you and the attendant was 80 years old. He said he’d been working there since he was 14 years old. Also, we don’t live in Derbyshire our address is Baslow Gardens. 😁 The hotel looked nice and I think it’s sometimes better to have a smaller main course if you want to enjoy a starter and pudding. 4:34 the same happened to my family in modern Russia a decade ago. One of Putin's oligarchs build an enormous tacky mansion near our picturesque dacha village and ordered us to get out of his property as he called it. Using Putin's corruption scheme he bought the land the 200+ dachas were built on (since 1960s) and ordered us to get out. Loved seeing the beautiful English countryside it makes me homesick because Ive not hardly seen anything at all but I'm enjoying it through your eyes just the same. Lovely vlog... The cottage did look gorgeous... I hope you won't be disappointed with the Christmas market at Chatsworth House this year... It is much smaller than it usually is (according to another you tuber I follow who lives nearby and went there last week for Christmas shopping ). She told us if we visit Chatsworth you should visit the Chatsworth garden center because it is supposed to be beautiful. Did you stop in there?

Maybe you can enlighten me Kirsten and Joerg why do so many of these house's have blue door's, fences and shutters? Is it a requirement being on this massive estate? And yes you should stay at the fairytale cottage..it's just lovely and inviting..Stay safe from Arizona 🌵

I would try to get that cottage in the Spring, when everything is blooming! I would ask them to try hard, explaining how hard you have tried in past. I would expect them to go the extra-mile to treat you very well, since it was their issues, not yours! Good luck, it is very charming!

Guten Morgen,eure Videos entführen mich immer in eine andere Welt. Es ist alles so friedlich und ich fühle mich hundert Jahre zurück versetzt an einem besseren Ort.Man sieht gar keine Leute. Bei uns im Dorf ist es wie ausgestorben. Alles ist grau in grau. Keine richtige Weihnachtsstimmung. Wir hatten viele Weihnachtsmärkte.Auch auf verschiedenen Schlössern.Das war herrlich. Die Häuser im Video ,da ist eines schönen wie das andere.Eure Hotelzimmer war auch so liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein sehr schönes Bett. Das Geschirr beim Dinner war auch so toll.Das Essen natürlich auch.😁Freue mich schon auf die Fortsetzung.Bis dahin ,bleibt gesund und positiv.Ich Versuche es auch.Eure Videos helfen dabei auf jeden Fall.😍🤗

Oh es waren schon einige Leute dort, obwohl wir extra früh los sind, damit wir Massen meiden konnten, weil wir, soweit es geht, zu umgehen andere zu filmen wegen der Privatsphäre.
