The I-5 Killer should have been in Prison long before he even got to the NFL. I watched Mark of a Killer on Oxygen. Light sentences, Stupid Sentences, not looking deep enough into peoples pasts when they arrest someone. Witnesses to strange behavior not speaking up. I found it insane how the Dating Game killer who never actually killed anyone from the dating game even got on the show in the 1st place. Then in some cases you have Police Departments following bad leads even when the Killer was presented to them. Another guy who actually played in the NFL and was not cut in Training camp like the I-5 Killer Robert Rozier was an Assassin for Yahweh Ben Yahweh. Here is another thing if the guy has issues with his Mom don't send him back to live with her. What is scary to me is how many deaths could have been prevented in this world.
