I think any woman who would dress THAT provocatively at her wedding in front of her friends family and other guests needs her head examined. She’s clearly so vain, selfish and inconsiderate that she doesn’t care that she’s making everyone else uncomfortable. I guarantee that a good 60-70% of the guests, if not more, would be deeply embarrassed and uncomfortable seeing her in that, and they’d think she’s a tramp and the groom’s an idiot for marrying her.

I don't think anyone is criticising their bodies. Some of them look fabulous. But I think some people might question the sense of decorum/appropriateness for the occasion in some of these women, and, what I find sad, is that some of them like the last one in particular, are actually insecure that they HAVE to feel sexually desirable, even on their own wedding day when there is someone right there volunteering to be their partner in life forever.

I would normally agree with you. But if the bride wants to get married in a religious ceremony or will embarrass people who are important to her, maybe more (fabric) is more. If there are barriers to her being as naked as she wants to be on her wedding, why is this the end of the world? It is just a dress. The important part is that she is getting married. And she is not the ONLY important person at the ceremony. She can always wear a revealing look on another photo shoot if she can't do it on her wedding day.

Her husband is important too. And let's be honest that the dress doesn't just show some cleavage - she literally took off the lining of the dress to be like that. Yes, what she wants is important. But perhaps she can show "her story" without showing her nipples. Curves and body tone are actually EASIER to see when the viewer is not so shocked by the exposed tats and knickers. If she NEEDS people to see her tats and not her weight loss story, that would be different. But she wants people to see her shape. She is highly confused and naive to think that shocking people will make people respect her.

Most of the guests won’t know what she’s wearing until she’s walking down the aisle. They’ll be assaulted by tits, legs and ass when they probably expected something at least somewhat covered up. What about seniors and kids at the wedding? The coworkers and extended family. The mortified mother in law? Are you kidding me? If you want to get married in that, put a warning on the invitation or elope. Very few people would feel comfortable attending a wedding where the bride is effectively naked. I hope she’s comfortable with nervous laughter, snickers and gasps of horror.

I think it's quite crude to turn your wedding into some kind of soft porn show actually. People don't generally have a clue what the bride will be wearing until they are already at the wedding so saying they don't have to attend is a bit silly. Respect works both ways. Would you be happy for your young son to attend a wedding in these circumstances? (imagine it was his teacher turning up in class like this, I bet you would object). Would it be ok for a man to arrive at his wedding and strut about with everything on display or is it just for the women?
