LET THERE BE NO SOFT BREAD AT HOME ✅ IF YOU WANT, MAKE THE DOUGH IN THE EVENING COOK ME IN THE MORNING.
The water glass size I use is 200 ml
❗️ If you are going to make the bread dough overnight, the water and milk do not need to be warm, it is enough to use it normally, but if you do it within the same day, use it warm to rise faster.
Necessary materials
1 glass of warm milk 200 ml
1 glass of warm water 200 ml
1 tablespoon of sugar 10 grams
1 teaspoon of salt 8 grams
1 tablespoon of dry yeast 10 grams
2 tablespoons of melted butter 30 grams
5 cups flour 600 grams
For the above
25 grams of butter

I made this the other day and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing your recipe! I wrote down the ingredients and directions in English if anyone else wants to try it. Ingredients *warm = when you dip your finger in the water, it will not feel hot or cold. When you don’t feel the temperature of the water, that means it’s the same temperature as your blood • 200 ml warm* water • 200 ml warm* milk • 10g sugar (1 tbsp) • 8g salt (1 tsp) • 10g (1 tbsp) active dry yeast (instant dry yeast also works, just add the instant yeast directly to the flour instead of adding it in with the liquid ingredients) • 30g (2tbsp) melted butter • 600g (5 cups) all purpose flour or bread flour (if you want a chewier roll, use bread flour, if you want a softer roll use all purpose. You can also do a 50/50 combination) • 25g butter divided into 9 small batons Directions 1. Combine milk, water, sugar, and yeast. Mix until yeast has dissolved. Add melted butter and mix until combined. 2. Add flour and salt (I don't add my salt to the yeast mixture right away as it can kill the yeast). Mix until shaggy dough forms. 3. Using your hand, knead the dough inside the bowl until the dough appears smooth and elastic, approximately 10 minutes (depending on how fast you are at kneading). You’ll know the dough has been kneaded sufficiently when it bounces back after you poke it with your finger and does not tear easily. 4. Shape the dough into a ball then place in a lightly greased bowl (use a neutral tasting oil like vegetable oil or sunflower oil). Cover the bowl and let sit for 45 - 60 mins or until dough has doubled in size. 5. Deflate the dough by punching it down. Divide it into two pieces and then shape each piece into a log and divide the dough until you have nine equal pieces. Shape each piece into a tight ball. 6. Place the balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise 15 mins. Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC) while your dough balls are proofing. 7. Remove cover from baking sheet and then using a small sifter, lightly dust the top of your dough balls with flour. 8. Cut slits across your dough balls using a very sharp knife, razor blade, or a bread lame. 9. Place small butter batons in the middle of each slit. 10. Bake 25 mins or until rolls are golden brown.

I just made these yesterday 2/26. I didn't know which type of flour was used, but based on other bread recipes I've made, I decided to use a combo of all purpose and bread flour. However, I decided to do the flour in gram weight, and 5 cups was way over 600 grams. I ended up using a little less than 4 1/2 cups. My dough was very nice. In case anyone else is wondering about the roll size, I weighed the total dough and then divided by nine. Each roll came out to 4.3 oz. Obviously yours could vary based on ingredients. Unfortunately, I can't post a picture, but they were about the size of a smaller kaiser roll. Hope this helps anyone who was wondering like me. 😁 Also, for me personally, next time I think I would increase the salt a little.

@@annemariekefala2591 ... sorry I didn't respond sooner. As I mentioned, the 5 cups weighed over 600 grams, so I just went with the gram weight of 600 as stated in the recipe. For me, it ended up approx. 4-1/2 cups of flour. 🤷‍♀️ Again, they were very good.

Es una receta magnífica, el pan queda suave y dorado; realmente delicioso. El pan se conserva muy bien un par de días porque está tan rico que se acaba muy pronto.

Creo que la harina de fuerza es llamada así por el alto nivel de proteína que posee, la que yo uso tiene 12% de proteina.
