Can't just have ONE! ADDICTIVE Pork ribs recipe! Incredibly delicious
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Sticky pineapple hoisin short ribs)
2 lbs baby back ribs (or pork ribs)
Salt and pepper
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup pineapple juice
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
4 tbsp banana ketchup or tomato catsup
Hot water
Thai chili pepper (adjust to taste)
INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.2 (Fried chicken with gravy)
6 chicken drumsticks (you can add more)
Salt and pepper + 3/4 tsp garlic powder + 3/4 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp lemon juice or calamansi extract + 1 tbsp fish sauce + 1 & 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour + 1 & 1/2 cups water
1 beef cube seasoning + 1/2 tbsp soy sauce + 1/4 tsp black pepper + 1/4 tsp chicken powder
1 large chayote, sliced + 1 medium carrot, sliced
