a decision i really love about this game is the fact that the player isnt human, unlike most fnaf games where you "work there every night and risk your life" it gives the player a reason to be there all 5 nights, similarly, Project Readjusted 3 is the only other example i can think of off the top of my head, in that game the player is human but their incentive is to get the information they want and not let 3 people who hold that information die. if the MC doesnt come back the patients would end up thristing or starving (being that the player gives the patients supplies across the nights of project readjusted 3)
I'm shocked that barely anyone has mentioned how well you incorporate music into your videos, not just the FNF tracks you seamlessly slide in but the other songs as well. Also I didn't expect Countdown to be used for the custom night discussion. Great video as always!
So funny thing, there's gonna be a 2.0 update to this game that changes some parts of the game, and that strategy you did for max mode won't work anymore because if you blindly flash the hall when no one's there something will happen depending on who's in crossroads. If it's chica faking being in hall she kills you for russel we don't know yet. But my hope is that this 2.0 update changes a lot of the issues you had with this game.
I am flattered that my game is still talked about almost a year after release, Fredbear's 1 and 2 never had that, thank you, I am glad you like the game. I do like this game too and the developers idea of what chicas party world is. Be on the look out for the Fredbear's 3 coming out soon and the updates to Fredbear's 2 (cause its not really up to quality with my other games and I retconned and changed lore in FNACPW and Fredbear's 3) Fredbear's 1 is also getting its 9th remake.
@@Gyroman_002 I forgot to clarity, most of the assets where store bought, comissioned by me or from other friends or fnaf model makers that made their models for public use. They are all listed in the games credits when you beat it. I always credit the people.
As someone who played this game, got to night 5, died to Russel twice, decided to quit and now has to battle the thought of "c'mon you're so close just try again you'll make it this time" for the rest of their life, I see this as an absolute win. (the same thing happened with Playtime With Percy. not even joking.)
i hate night 5 in this game because its noticeably harder than the other nights, ive never died more to a silver chicken or fat chef more than on that night, ironically chica only killed me once before i beat night 5
@@trucoteca1924 beating night 5 a second time wasnt as bad, you can just skip around until you find the required things and when you find them you can back out of the thing then redo night 5
I do think the general game difficulty being easy can help newer players alike, but I do agree that it would not satisfy the veterans for how straightforward the mechanics are. Looking back at the free roaming section now, I can see how much potential would’ve made the entire game more emerged and connected. If this is meant to be a little short game, then sure it’s pretty neat, but I do wish there was more than what was to come. I don’t think this is a bad game all things considered.
That is what i wanted to say! This neat little game is the only one that i was able to complete and enjoy doing it because it was understandable *and* fun! i do be struggling though.
Wait, wasn't the original game a crazy, loony parody of sorts? Or am I confusing things? I can't really remember Also, very nice musical editing! All tracks set up each of the video sections really well! And yeah, it's always sad to see something that looks really cool (and I really dig the looks of this game) turn out to be less than stellar. Maybe future patches by the devs can check some things up? Still, I honestly think I'd enjoy this game by aesthetics alone. And oh my God, it also has such a neat story!! Easy to follow, with actual character to the characters, and a true sense of conclusion as well! That's something I'd love to see more in these fangames!
yeah, this is a remake in name alone, its less accurate of a remake than the FF7 remake, and that game had it's entire story rewritten to be a metanarrative *about* remakes where the characters defy the predestined fate of the original material to set out on their own path in a manner similar to the game's genre change, which is... kinda ironic now that i think about it ....that a game where the entire point is being an intebtionally inaccurate remake is still more accurate than this, not that FF7R's story about defying fate is describing it's own gameplay changes, thats just clever writing
@@edenengland1883 aye, don't worry, I gotcha. And yeah, FF7's remake really has something clever going on for it... Still, I honestly like what's going on in this Chica game's story a lot more than... whatever acid cocktail the other game was on.
@@Mike14264 mermaid scrap baby and papa funtime freddy with tiny versions of chica, bonnie, and foxy clinging to him like a possum sure were each a trip and a half
I do adore the games artstyle. The cartoony, angular shapes really remind me of the PS2 days. The designs are incredible. I adore Redbears large arms, a specific design choice I will always love.
14:06 trial and error game? maybe at the begnning but later, oh boy its pure beg rng god to not screw you over again and again and again. All of the fnaf games that scott made relly on rng, not on careful moves. If you want trial and error game, try darkest dungeon, slay the spire, hades ect ect.
Rhythm thief music in a video always makes it more hype to me for some reason. No one I knew even knew that game existed until I showed it to them. I still have my copy of it to this day and it’s still one of my favorites. Sorry this comment doesn’t have to do with chica’s part world, just wanted to let you know I appreciate the music choice.😅
actually there is some threat, i guess . . . ? i swear on night 1 task i saw Russel peeking from behind the dinning area curtains and when i turned around he backed off,and it happened only one single time
@@jurassicarkjordanisgreat1778 well they’re your standard Twitter punk, this one especially stupid because they tried to cancel Kane Carter for “CulTuRAL ApProPriAtion” cuz he made a Wendigo animatronic for Popgoes, a Wendigo is this creature from Native American mythology.
@@skylarsworld9477 Oh I get ya. Makes sense why they seem to dislike me. I have to say, I am half native myself and I love to see our lore be put into things. So to see someone try and take that away angers me. Thanks for responding though. Sorry for late reply.
Original concept was better where they used normal Funtime animatronics designs and had join us for a bite music video with it but might be falling out with bonbun or something that led to original concept being completely scrapped
Idk if you've figured it out already by now, but just in case, it's the instrumental for "Pendrive" from a Friday Night Funkin mod called "Executable Mania"
I agree with you that game is way to eazy even for me who can't even beat the original fnaf but if do change they do change the mini games i hope it would be like five nights at warios 5, now if you don't know fnaw 5 is a game where you can move around a building avoiding wario. (Search it up its good trust me)
Fun fact: You can spend the entire night 4 and 5 without dealing with it. I also call filler... I mean silver chicken, Mecha Chica as it looks like Mecha Sonic design and it is very meh.
@@pappo447 oh damn i thought it was a separate song after the rhythm thief music had already ended, either similar melodies for like 10 seconds or just me being really stupid
me personally i believe this game could have more, be more. but i dont like to judge games for their lack of content or features because game development takes skill that
