Also another thing is they take a lot more substances than people think if they actually trained like in these videos. Only way to look like a movie star working out like like a teenager who watched too much dragon balls and naruto and has never really lifted before is loads of gear.
I can’t stand when people don’t stack weights/align properly. Just asking for tendon, joint issues, and muscle tears. 99% of these celeb training videos are 🗑️. Thank you for actually looking these for what they are!
The trainer is secondary at this point in training celebrities for movies it’s all about the chicken broccoli and rice (steroids) and proper lighting (CGI)
Great stuff, Jonni! I like your combination of information, clarity and drive in these videos. Watching your content has become a daily routine for me and it has been a big part of getting myself into the best shape I've ever been. Cheers!
Love these types of videos! You speak from your own experience in that industry and from the years of body building. No BS, all facts. Love it. I would love you to do one of these on Hugh Jackman, his workout, and more so his diet of 6000 calories a day 🤣 Keep up the great work sir!
In his trainers defense, a ton of the training literature teaches to foam roll as part of a warm up. I just went through the NASM personal trainer program and that was part of the education
Kettlebells! Got my lower love handles gone! Must be done r8ght though not to light and explode! I love my bells baby! Show me your kettlebell techniques!
Most coaches do more harm than good in all areas these days. Being good and knowing what you are talking about have never been as insignificant these days. I’m a tennis coach and strength coach and it’s all getting out of control.
When I started working out few years ago, I started watching celebrities workout videos. Once I learned more about workout , I can say those videos were full of bullshit . For example, Mark Wahlberg said he kept working out at 4am , and that’s why he had this physique. Lol
on the contrary. Its very similar to a massage therapist putting their elbow on a trigger point or a "knotted" muscle. But I agree doing it WRONG does squat.
@@JonniShreve I am a massage therapist. The evidence around TrPs is iffy at best. But there isn't any evidence that massage needs to be painful. People should really do self massage however feels best for them as an individual. Appreciate the reply 👍👍
Jonni is not out of his league at all. Jonni literally explained his credentials of speaking on this topic. Actor himself and literally an IFBB pro. You must not understand how hard being an IFBB pro really is and the training knowledge required to do so. Just because Ryan did ok training with Don doesn’t mean he couldn’t have got better results with Jonni. Jonni has helped me a lot along with countless others. Put some respect on his name.
