When I’m working with my students, I noticed that certain students will struggle with some of the basic movements, like laying down on the ground and getting back up.
If you or someone you know, is struggling with movements, like this, then the best exercises for you to do is simply to repeat, laying down onto the ground and getting back up. if you repeatedly do this exercise, you will get better at it, and this would improve the quality of your life dramatically.
Don’t worry about all the other fancy things that somebody asked you to do and just do the most basic things because these are the basic functional movements that you need to do to increase your quality of life. via @mikechangofficial
