I have it in my 2016 Tacoma absolutely love it it's fun to play around with Had my friends try it out they love it they bought it for their 3rd GEN Tacoma's I agree that is the 1st mod you should do Then wheels and tires and so on and so forth Love the videos looking forward to the next one

I used the Pedal Commander for two months. Definitely changed the throttle response but that was it. No more HP. No changes with the transmission hunting issues. Did the OTT tune and this is the game changer I was looking for. $100 more than the Pedal commander but it fixed so many other issues than a weak throttle response. My Tacoma is operating like it should as a newer truck. It’s alive. Glad you like the PC AING. It does affect your fuel mileage too. The more aggressive the less MPG you will get. Just remember that and if you’re okay with that, then keep on rocking Brother.

Thanks for the video, I think I'm going to go and put this on my 2023 Tacoma that I just bought. Many people on Facebook were telling me to go with the Ott tune. a service technician at Toyota recommended pedal Commander so I'm assuming it doesn't void the factory warranty. I got a little confused watching you using your phone. Is that something that I have to use

I was going to buy this pedal commander but one thing I be worry about is if the commander stops working and your driving wouldn’t you loose the speed pedal because it’s connected just to the pedal? Wonder if it goes to stock.. that’s what hold me back and I went with the pedal monster it has similar futures and it has app too but the plus is the it conecta to your pedal and to your OBD reader too so if for any reason stops working your automatically go back to stock

I purchased the "Sprint Booster" it won a SEMA award and the controller is just about the size + of a nickel. Looks nice and clean installed on a switch blank under the climate controls. I'm sure the Pedal Commander does the same thing...I just preferred the Sprint Booster. Enjoy the Taco!

I run the PC in City 1 with a K&N CAI . I use auto/stick exclusively and driving is fun again.

Awesome video. I did look into these but I decided to go with an OTT Tune either way I agreed should be the first mod for these vehicles.

With any Tacoma , The first thing you should do it make it level. Either with a full lift kit , or like I did with my sons before the lift we put on a 2 1/2 inch spacer in the rear

I just added pedal commander to my 23 Tacoma my key fob was in my pocket no need to move your fob away.

I got one also … Jumps little more in parking lots gas pedal is little touchier kinda annoying honestly… iam still screwed on the highway merging because Tacoma’s are slow as hell make sure you have enough room with it without this pedal commander. On a scale 1-10 of actually fixing your Tacoma 100% if d give it a 4-5 it’s bit as exciting as you Might think unless you like having a very sensitive pedal and your truck jumping going 1 mph per hour that’s my personal opinion …

9 months with pedal commander, I wish now I had spent the 300+ on the O.T.T tune. Do your research. pedal commander makes a difference, sure... but its more erratic than beneficial. My opinion.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you want to sign up for so many entertainment services. In order to get to the installation instructions using the App, you have to buy over a dozen entertainment services before you can get to the actual installation instructions. The very first venue says membership is Free, but you still have to enter your credit card number before you are allowed to proceed to the next step. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

I hear they over heat and start giving problems and cause check engine light ti come on, had anyone had this experience with it?
