its really not that bad I never was taught that in high school because I took special ed math classes trust me when i first was taught algebra yea wasn't a big fan I was like screw this (im not that guy shes talking about btw) kind of gave algebra the two fingers but, I got my act together and actually paid attention and did the work I pulled it off (algebra wise still trying to pass the math) I was like dam why was I trippin about something that I could of gotten years even high school years ago shes right its NOT that bad just watch some videos from her and study its worth it.

Your lessons were a tremendous help I was to graduate in 2007 but life got in the way.So a former special Ed student out of school for 16 years and your listens helped me understand math far better. You have the best math videos out of anyone on this playthrough.

For me, it’s the interpretation of the answer in the form of a different equation. My ADHD HATES this! I failed my first test with a score of 139. JUST TWO QUESTIONS AND I WOULD’VE PASSED!!!!! I’m dusting myself off? Hitting that IXL courses, and scheduling it for Monday. Prayers are appreciated!
A 139 score means you probably need a bit more foundational alg skills. Not sure if you've got any direction in IXL, but without someone very versed in the GED test, you could waste a lot of time studying there for things that aren't a big score boost for the GED. I wouldn't retest tomorrow. I'd wait until you can get a 150 or higher on an official GED Ready test. And use lightandsaltlearning.org for your prep. All our material directly pertains to the GED. The Quick review section is designed for 1-3 weeks before you test. But, like I said, with a 139 score, you may find you need to skill build in the units before tackling the higher complexity problems in the Quick Review

It depends on what you're looking for. If you'd like in person classes, you can look at your local community college. They likely have free courses. if you'd like to work on your own, here are some tips to get started. Go to ged.com/ to create an account. This will allow you to track your progress through the GED® tests. Read a book you ENJOY for a half hour every day -- this will help you with ALL the tests. And work on readtheory.org, reading each passage slowly and carefully. Take your time on each quiz and don’t work on it when you're stressed or rushed. The best way to get help for the math portion is to use the website www.lightandsaltlearning.org/ged-math-crash-course. Start at Unit 0 and work your way through doing one worksheet for each video. We also encourage you to join our FB student support group. It’s a very active group with over 20k members and a great place to get insight into the GED® subjects.
