I was in a relationship where I focused on him and,onky him. I put him first instead of myself. To me, he was my main priority.. But I messed up because of where it put me and I ended,up losing so much. But I thought it didnt matter as,long as he was by my side. He was my best friend back in middle school. He told me how different I was. That I wasnt this 'pretty girl's physically but that my personality was watch got him and what made me beautiful to him... He was a broken,person like me and I thought I could mend him while mending myself but all I did was tear myself apart more. After him and I being homeless for 2 months. He moved to Cali to be with his mom and I moved to Idaho to be with grandparents. We both set it out that we will be do long distance. But he cheated and said 'it just happened...' And started dating her when we were together. Honestly. As much as my heart was broken and,I,felt like I was crumbling. I noticed that I was better off without him. I out all my pain into what I was passionate about which is spreading positivity through videos. I never focused on myself the way I did after him and that I can thank him for.

I don't comment by general, but can't stay right now. Every time you make a video, every time it solves some of my problems. Yes, that good. I wish to see you as a great motivational speaker amongst greatest.

I totally feel this. I gave so much for this guy, and he just took me for granted and never appreciated me. He hurt me so bad that I started feeling negative about myself. Now I'm taking my space and he may/may not realize my worth. People don't understand what they got until it's taken from them.

I gave my all, overprioritized him and was always in pain, losing, until a few days ago... then it all ended. I've been heartbroken, and trying to find closure... I always tried my best for him, gave him my all, trusted in a happy future together, always cared for his well being, even after we broke up... Thinking for his future, before and after we broke up, I tried my best to give him insight on what was wrong and how to improve himself, without being manipulative or anything like that, always saying we need to take the time to figure things out together openly, to get on the same page... and he never gave effort, and despite always claiming he loved me, his attitudes and actions proved otherwise. He completely denied my suggestions, said that he doesn't have any flaws, and has no intent to work on himself. He basically made it sound like it was MY fault for being cheated on and undervalued and hurt by his carelessness... and at that moment, right now, I feel so lost. I've lost so much to him... I know he's not worth it, he doesn't know what he was talking about when he claimed to "love" me and he refuses to see the need to change himself, not just for me but for his own future with anyone else going forward. But part of me still can't stand seeing him be so flawed and stay that way... I just need to let go, but I feel so unfortunate to have fallen for him and made myself too vulnerable, and undervalued myself, let myself get hurt so much, and even joined in on it... and it annoys me that he thinks he's totally fine and I'm not. He mistreated and undervalued me, cheated on me. That's not justified, but even his friend justified that, overconfidently, with him. They're remorseless, and I'm just hurt. And over the course of our relationship, he never apologized for anything... so I see how he's bad, and I was bad for letting myself stay in that, and both of those bother me. The former there's nothing I can do about but try my best to stop caring for him, and the latter, I need to make it up to myself by loving myself like in this video. But I've been struggling with having passions for years now, I don't have any... and I also don't really have good friends I can truly confide in. I'm lost...

This is exactly what happened to me! I gave her way too much than she was worth. When it was all over, it was a difficult time, went through one of the worst phases of my life, but I slowly pulled myself back up. Started working out, tech blogging and improved at work. Things are now awesome, and honestly I'm happy by myself. Thanks Jay!! ☺️

(Eventually I grew cold on her as well!) - turns out I gave her too much unrequired attention that scared her away from me: reflecting something I never meant to communicate to her known as weakness... after a year of hard work, I messed it up for myself! (Now I'm seeing her pictures with another friend of mine and I'm trying so hard not to lose control!). If it's one thing I realized, it's that people will test you and take unexpected breaks from you!

It was the same with me. It was a very long relationship, it took me about a year to get over with. The thing is people cheat. Most of them. Glad you aren't them. But if ur caught up in between alone. You should really try this out loving how you want to be happy. Focus on gym, good friends and your Talents. You will be a much better person.
