Reminds me in her documentary, and in this speech, when she’s talking about Africa or visiting her school: it was sad to visit a school that eventually got shut down, but knowing that you connected with people, people who rose up from a metaphorical broken lake for two weeks, and still rise to teach your community that even through your pain, that connection alone she highlighted when we watching the documentary and that part, The beauty in that breaking of the school led to multiple connections worldwide of mental health, and a more fierce push towards mental health to the education level and presidential level…, even if the African branch got shut down. I think she was right, even in her own events and life; blessing in the breaking, and sometimes you don’t realize the blessing until we step back and realize what’s been broken. Thanks for capturing this beautiful quote of hers.

It's a big loss for Justin that he lost Selena. I don't think he'll ever find a woman who loves him as much as she loved him. She loved him, respected him, and still respects him because after all she's done to him, she still doesn't speak ill of him or hate him. For her it is truly a victory. Justin didn't deserve Selena. Surely, Justin knows that there is no chance of him ever getting back together with her. He thought he could come back to her when he felt like it and she would forgive him as she had done so many times. Surely Selena will find her happiness and find someone who deserves it. @@emib343 she is lucky for being rich(in my opinion well deserved) but that doesn’t make her less of a human being with her flaws. Mental illness makes us believe that our problems are bigger than other peoples problems. She is allowed to express her feelings as much as u do. Clad she did she is amazing.

Selena took a vital organ from her best friend and then ditched her right after the transplant. That's grimey on grimey on grimy shit. How would you feel if you gave a vital organ to your best friend only for them to turned around and treat it like some type of prize they won at a goddamn Fair for $10 bucks that ends up at the goodwill or in a rubbish bin. Such bs.

I've been indifferent and really didn't follow her, just knew some hit songs. But seeing her be so vulnerable, raw, and honest is such a nice pace! Celebrities, artists, etc. are always putting on a facade for the camera and she isn't. Love the calm soul, the honesty about her mental and physical health. Really becoming a supporter of her. (Her music is still just 'ok' to me, but as a person and what she's standing for is amazing.)
