In this Europa Universalis IV [EU4] video, we play as Kitara in an attempt to get the Victorian Three achievement by reaching tech 32. So we have to play until the end of the game. But we might as well have fun doing it... SO we get max money, millions of men, and go well over force limit to fight the most insane AI Europe I've ever seen in my 7,000+ hours of playing this game.
