@@duck_entertainment given that they are going to have to prove themselves worthy of getting to make star wars games after the nonsense EA pulled, I’d say they have more than enough incentive to ensure quality of work, unless they want to be completely disgraced by one of the biggest fan bases out there. EA only had players because there was no other option, now we won’t be having that problem.
Massive has a good resume, don't be so pessimistic, even if it's only marginally better then previous ubisoft games, it will still be the best Star Wars game of all time.

@Crimsog they marketed cyberpunk as a simulation game and simulation games are ALWAYS a letdown for 99% of people i never got why people were THAT hyped about the game but i think the story is beautiful and fucking amazing the panam ending is super boring though always pick the johnny ending that one gave me CHILLS
@@Spiderdoom-hg3iy Honestly I don't think any ending of any game has hit me as hard as "The Path of Least Resistance." Cyberpunk punk where it was heavily overhype and under delivered on epic proportions is still easily one of my fav games especially with the story.

@Mavelll jedi survivor's success or failure has nothing to do with ubisoft disney has infinite money even if every game they made in the last 10 years failed they could still fund a thousand more
But if they actually succeed, then it is something to look forward to. You can only be at the middle ground and have high hopes it is done well but be realistic and not expect anything good, so either way, you won’t be disappointed if it fails, and if it succeeds, then you can be surprised and happy.

Not a big fan of ubisoft aswell but shit I still play their games like ghost recon assasins creed.....that's all but I'm kinda hyped for the game since assasins creed was actually a good game

They never even states anything like No Mans Sky. So as long the Publisher or developer dont announce anything via their own website/accounts, be careful.

The kotor games both have original stories, with more than one ending, there's also lightsaber customization which tcs doesn't have. Only issue I can see that people would have with kotor is the combat style, since yeah, it does get boring after a while
They must understand the torch they are picking up. I expect the entirety of Bespin completely movie accurate, all the capitol ships either in game or just advanced versions of easter eggs (some spawner for ships), and a purple lightsaber goddammit.

What killed the game was Sony online entertainment pushing the NGE on everyone, they thought it was the only way to survive with world of Warcraft being the dominant game for the genre.. That made it where everyone could start as a Jedi, or bounty hunter, or spy, commando, politician and so on. There was a time in the game where If your saw a force sensitive it was exciting. Imagine waking up and everyone is an astronaut, a navy seal, and RU-vidrs, you can have some people that are these things and that is cool, but when everyone can just start as these things instead of working they're way to then these career paths would be over whelmed. Swg was special because it felt like a lived in world, NGE ruined it.

Nah we just need this supposed best starwars game of all time to have all classes jedi sith mandalorians/bounty hunters smugglers soldiers etc. kinda like kotor just without the boring standing point blank range to a ranged or melee opponent shooting and stabbing eachother till the health bar depletes gameplay something more interactive
Youd missed like 2 amazing SP titles, and have clearly slept on the MMo too lol Kotor/Kotor 2, and SWToR are cracking games where you can make your own sith/jedi/bounty hunter/smuggler etc and travel across the galaxy.. so ubisoft isnt doing anything new aside making it open world lol

Ubisoft isn't going bankrupt they just didn't meet expectations they will not cancel this game its been known about for like 2 years now and it's star wars they'd be absolutely STUPID to cancel any star wars project
