@@mintbaby4749 tbh it depends on how u look at it tacking and hitting goes to Rodney Harrison but ball tracking and helping that defense win 3 Super Bowls (Seattle fan)
My highschool coach told me the realest shit one time. I'm not responsible for your confidence level I'm responsible for ur production levels. I immediately stopped taking everything personally and started thinking goal oriented. Im 26 now nd still use this way of thinking in my everyday life.
But a confident player could produce more. So in a way it really is the coaches responsibility. The best leaders get the most out of their guys by understanding the intangibles.
@@Douglas768 must have slpet through the draft then we drafted all the top s.t. players, o.l. depth, and the top CB, Bill Obrien will have mac back to rookie year or better numbers, we have 4 solid wr 2 top te, one of the best rb in the league our D will be top 5 this is the classic sleeper year for bill everyone will pick them to come in last, then you'll look at the standings in decmeber and they will be in 1st ain't nobody scared of paper mache tua, or Darkness retreat rodgers and the Jete, Josh Allen is due for a serious injury with the abuse he takes on a weekly basis keeping that dumpster fire team and city a contender also
Him spending that time with you is the stamp of approval. He knew you were worth it. If you hadnt proven yourself he would have cut ties and saved his time.
Dev is truly one of the most underrated players of all time guy was the quarterback of our defense for a decade and has the productivity to show for it he was sideline to sideline blessed to have watched him play
you will always learn the best when you rewatch your struggles. seeing yourself struggle from an outside perspective makes it A LOT easier to see and correct what youre doing wrong.
D-Mac was 2nd team All pro at CB as a rookie man I was mad when they moved him to safety his 3yrd but it worked out lol. We had the best Man coverage safety in the NFL
This shows that the coach actually cares for you, to take an hour out of his dad to work with you. You should be worried when the coach is not talking to you
One thing to note, is that Bill didn't do the criticism in from of other players, instead it was done one-on-one, with proof, and was coaching. Another example how he was a great HC.
...and then, after a certain play in the Super Bowl, he walked into Bill's office and pulled out the intercepted ball, signed it, and slammed it onto Bill's desk... Least, that's the way I imagine it.
Bill was so lucky he had 12 otherwise no one would’ve followed or allowed him to abuse them if 12 wasn’t throwing for superbowls. BTW I’m a Steelers fan…
I mean why would any coach spend an hour blowing smoke up someone's ass and just praising good plays? If someone is coaching you, obviously u go over things that are not being done correctly....
Dmac is a legend bill atleast does his job haa dmac had alot of great plays everyone has a bad play or plays THANKS DMAC FOR GREAT CAREER DEFF MEMORIES RINGS ENJOY FAMILY BROTHA
I hate that when the bill finally came due for TWO DECADES of dominance and the greatest dynasty in the history of the league, even in the modern age w/free agency etc., and the team is finally facing a rebuild.....Brady gets to literally pick his spot and leave the daunting task, while Belichick picks up the bill! That Tampa bay ring Brady got put all the shine of the six the Patriots won on him, to the casuals, dimwits and homers! Even here in Boston,it infuriates me just how many many dopes suddenly give ALL the credit of our historic run to the dude who bailed to go to his handpicked spot, where the team was soild and he could make roster moves and run his own offense,to boot... because he is more cognizant than anyone that the first one between he and B.B to get a solo ring, would rewrite history on their favor, because he understands that the majority of fans are mouth breathers who are captivated by shiny things! So now Brady won the titles and B.B is nothing w/o him. A growing portion want BILL fucking BELICHICK fired, since their playoff loss to Buffalo.....too dense to appreciate that his coaching and rebuild of the defense on the lightning fly, got into the playoffs,w/ a rookie QB who will be lucky to develop into a mid, in the SECOND FUCKING YEAR of a complete rebuild! Too dense to look around at other franchises that have had to rebuild (w/o winning a thing beforehand) like Texans, Jags, Cle. etc., Who's fans would offer human sacrifices to simply play after the regular season, and be able to compete during their rebuilds from day ONE! But couch gm's think they know more than the coach who won us six titles.....cuz, ya' know, Brady won all of those! Jeff Fischer or Mike Mularkey could build rosters and have them just as squared away.. Belichick didn't factor in by game planning the defense that stopped the "Greatest show on turf " who were the heaviest favorites in championship history, expected to blow out the Pats by running the show as they had against EVERYONE score early and the Pars running game would be taken out and dink and dunk Brady wouldn't be able to hang! Urban Meyer would have taken the wheels of the 'Greatest show, right? , allowing the offense to feature the running gane that the Rams assumed wouldn't even have a chance to be utilized, as Antoine Smith fought for every yard , battering gassed defenders not used to being on tbe fieild so much...... because no defensive gameplan had their SB champion QB/,2×.league MVP looking like he was possessed by both Zach Wilson from the future, throwing a pick 6......then from the past, the ghost of Rick Mirer got to him and he funbled twice...a ,and l while controlling the clock and keeping the #1 offense on tbe sideline.. Obviously, Vinatieri kicked a game winner and the Pats started their legacy by winning the greatest uoset in NFL history. PERFECT gameplan that was the first to neutralize "The greatest show on turf"later beating then again so badly that they weren't introduced as such any more! Antwoine Smith beasted the game and was tbe bellcow that grinded the yarda and clock me in kk lmk mk
There are some black dudes that can rock the bald look so perfectly it leaves me with the impression that like to get sweaty and slow grind. Has to do with the 90’s I think. Then there bill making khaki the least sexual color known to man. Football stuff!!! As well.
A lot of people hated Bill but for those of us who served in infantry or SOF units in the army or marine corps, his leadership style was common in almost every leader I ever had. Tough love and taking time out of their day to teach you and show you how you’re fucked up was the most attention that I’ve ever had from a male figure. Everyone wants to be babied in life but when things get tough you will be wishing you had someone to toughen you up when the risk wasn’t as severe.
