Hi Vanessa! Thanks for reaching out. I am not there to be able to assess what's exactly going on but in general, the body should adapt to your changes in breathing. If you notice it not changing after a few sessions then you might want to have it checked out or be more gentle and work up to it. Hope this helps ❤️
In the end what you manifest is the understand and awareness of wanting for nothing, and wanting for nothing is everything, because you'll have no stress, no anger, no fear, no worries, no resentment, no judgement, no - thing, which is what Buddha said when he became enlightened, he said I am a nobody, everybody wants to be somebody and everyone wants something but the one who wants for nothing shall have everything.

I really appreciate this, thank you.Would you recommend sitting or lying down ? I have an issue with my hip/lower back that makes it painful to sit cross legged and upright but whenever practicing breathwork I worry I’m not achieving the same results by lying down. Thank you.
Hi, the key is to find the place and position that helps you consistently practice, so if you find lying down helpful to doing it more often, then keep doing that Really any position works as long as you are holding it with strength, confidence, and comfort.... this way you can step into your inner world as much as possible. If you have a hard time sitting with your hips. Try to sit on a cushion so your knees are low then your hips. Hope this is helpful Love Tyson

Yes, of course, you can! Here's a little checklist that might be helpful to have when you jump into your breathwork session: Safe: Finding a place where you feel safe and centered is key. Consistency: Find the place and position that help you consistently practice... so if you find lying down helpful to doing it more often, then keep doing that. Position: Hold a position of strength, confidence, and comfort so your body is stepping into that world as much as possible. This can be any position and is personal to you. This is mainly about connecting with yourself and what resonates with you on your journey. I have had some slowly walk around a park on the grass while doing the visualization because they felt it put them deeper into the experience. Hope this is helpful 🤍
