Like how difficult it is, and why it's difficult, to breath in a normal way when sitting up straight after inhaling. How you need to engage the diaphragm properly if you wish to remain sitting up without passing out, without becoming overwhelmed by the DMT

Few months ago did 5 gr Dry shroom plant medicine . 30 min before me and a friend did the spinal breath and breath of fire .then lay down eyes closed . Went deep within . But with control, witnessing, Exploring, asking questions, so yes always a good idea, breathwork everyday, 🙏🧘♂️

Love your videos. I do the breathwork sat up as I feel better able to fill my lungs, however I’m scared to fully commit to the breath in and squeeze before the exhale and retention as I get so lightheaded I think I’ll pass out. May try it lying down next time and more commitment to the inhale and hold. I also get a bit of a headache from that first inhale hold, is that normal/safe? So much gratitude to you 🙏🏼💗
Thank you 🙏 so much for this meditation 🧘 felt something really big and strong in the body after all round! I was breathing in from nose and breathing out from mouth and only when I replayed the video, I realized both breath in and out are supposed to be from mouth.
I tried to get my girlfriend do do some of your videos with me but the breathing makes her chest tight and she gets light headed. Shes not overweight or anything. I think shes somehow triggering a panic attack almost. Would that be cause shes breathing wrong or into her chest too much?
Probably breathing with her upper chest instead of full diaphragmatic breaths. You can have her lay down, and place a book on her belly having her raise and lower the book teaching her to breathe from her lower abdomen. When doing this breath in and out through her nose. See how this goes 🙏🏼

I've been doing this session every night for the past 2 weeks and I had the most incredible experience last night. I've never experienced anything like this without the use of substances, but when I completed the final breath hold, I felt like my brain sort of exploded? I don't even know how to explain it, it started with a ringing noise and it was like static tingly buildup around my whole head until it consumed by body. It was amazing and I can't wait to experience it again.
Is breathwork substitute to meditation? Because I just do breathwork. Maybe if you put some more 20 mins with music in the breathwork videos sonwe continue with meditation?
