If Cassidy had a Saiga 12 or AA12 then she would have wiped out whoever is trying to kill her. Come to think of it, I sometimes think prewar weapons would still be fitting for future fallout games.
Yeah, in FO2 there's HK CAWS and Pancor Jackhammer, there's also other real weapons in different categories, so prewar weapons has and will fit in Fallout. I wish Bethesda would stop making abominations and use some of them really.
