I had someone banging on my door at 3 A.M. screaming and I had no clue what about. They wanted in my home. I called the cops and while on the phone with the cops I told the people at my door, "I am armed. If you come through my door, I will be forced to take your life. It's your choice. The cops are on the way." I told the dispatcher I had 5 kids in my home and wouldn't hesitate to shoot. Fortunately, I didn't have to, but my point is, he handled this situation entirely wrong. You have the right to defend yourself, but this ain't it.
After reading your post I totally agree with you. At first watching the video I felt bad for him seeing as he lived in a high crime rate area being scared I kinda understood why he did what he did. However after reading what you wrote I can now agree he went about it completely wrong. People do stupid things when they are scared.
@@clddebargeify I agree. I was terrified. I was even more terrified for my children. However, what was even more terrifying, was opening my door to God only knew what and exposing my kids to something I couldn't protect them from. At least with the door between us, by the time they got it open I was ready. Also, if you can't act under pressure and be responsible, don't own a firearm. Not you, but people in general. ☺
@@proudmilitarybrat76 And you exchanged words with the person outside, that is key here. If he had done the same, she would have told him why she was knocking on his door. Instead he shot her, no questions asked.
@Leibniz IF. YOU. CAN'T. HANDLE. THE. PRESSURES. OF. OWNING. A. GUN. DON'T. OWN. ONE. People like him are why people go so hard against guns and I get it. I am all for weapons. Arm yourselves. Be responsible. This idiot murdered her. He wasn't in danger. If someone knocking on your door at 3 A.M. and is absolutely no threat to you (has not shown a threaten, spoken a threat), makes you so damn freaked out, you open your door and murder an unarmed person, you shouldn't have owned a firearm to begin with. There's no excuse. We're not talking about the difference in how someone reacts to a death of a loved one or car accident. This man owned a firearm and clearly shouldn't have.
@@yoloswaggins7121 I did exactly what I should have done and exactly what he should have done. Had he spoken to her, MAYBE she would be alive. Mine happened to be my methed out neighbors who had a deal go wrong and they were tied up and robbed. When they finally escaped, they came to my house. I couldn't understand them and had never met them. I live in the country on 6 acres, on a double corner lot. He lived across the highway, so I use the term neighbors loosely. ☺ I spoke to them because had it been someone I knew in trouble (example; one of my adult children or their friends, etc...) and they needed me, I wanted to answer. This guy did everything wrong. Frustrates me. She should be here.
@Sean Nobody SHOULD open their door if they feel threatened. That guy felt threatened and afraid for his life. A person who feels afraid would call LE for help. I don't think he was afraid because if he was then he never would have opened his door. It could have been a person with a gun wanting to rob him. It could have been a woman who had been attacked. What if it had been a child who was lost? You can't just open your door to a knock and shoot the person that knocked!! 😠
@@Goldie789 who are you to say what people should do in their own house on their own property? What the fuck is calling the cops going to do when someone is already beating on your door? Let me guess, you live in California?
@@Goldie789 exactly! I’ve been thinking about buying a gun for protection since I don’t think I’d do well in a physical fight, but what stops me is that I’m MORE than sure that I’d freeze in the situation or that I’m not emotionally ready to shoot someone and potentially end their life. I’d need a lot of target practice and being comfortable to handle a weapon before then.
When I was little, a man came to the door and he was bleeding really bad. He was asking for help and my nana would not let him in, told him she had babies in the house but she can call for help or can find it somewhere else. We couldn't believe she wouldn't let him in, but now being grown and hearing all these stories I understand why she did what she did. Theodore was not in fear for his life, he opened the door and shot this woman point blank. This story is awful. It's a shame you have to fear asking for help and helping people.

The moment he said he did not know there was a shell in the shotgun I knew everything he said was going to be a lie. You don't answer the door with a shotgun without knowing for a fact that it is loaded and ready to fire.
True but that doesn't necessarily mean his actions were illegal. In fact, it would have been better for him legally to emphatically affirm that the gun was loaded and that he intended to shoot. That being said, his defense would still have to hinge on whether he had a reasonable fear that his life was in danger, and that seems very doubtful to me based on the story he gave.
@@GrueTurtle Well, you can still be afraid and confront someone. In fact, if you're really afraid for your life, confronting someone might be the most reasonable thing to do. In this case though, he doesn't really say that. He contradicts himself. So I'm left to consider what I think a reasonable person would do in that situation. Given the fact that he said it was persistent, it seems to me that he had plenty of time to call the police. I think a reasonable person would have armed themselves and called the police. I can see someone opening the door and engaging if they felt that the intruder's entry was imminent, which he does kind of say, but in the absence of a police call beforehand and his own characterization of it being persistent banging and knocking, I just don't think he acted reasonably. I have little doubt that he was afraid. I know I would be if someone was aggressively banging on my door at 4:30am, but I think a reasonable person in those same circumstances would have called the police beforehand.
In case people aren't aware, it's EXTREMELY unlikely for any modern firearm to just "go off" without the person handling it performing some sort of action to it. Modern guns are required to have several safety systems internally and externally which makes true "accidental discharges" extremely rare. Almost every gun accident has negligence behind it.
In case people aren't aware, it's EXTREMELY unlikely to get shot in the face if your government doesn't arm psycho civilians. Which is your average poverty-stricken, permanently aggressive, coward yanck now, isn't it? Genius.
I banged on a door late at night when I was a teenager because a man with a truck tried to kidnap me, my sister and friend. They were hiding behind a car so I went for help. Thank God he didn't shoot me but the man opened the door and walked us girls home. As we turned on a street the kidnapper man was at the end of street watching us from his truck still staring at us mad. Becareful people the world is a crazy place!
While I likely would have called police myself, I also spent about 30 years in high crime, low income areas. If you truly believe someone is trying to break into your house in an area like that, a call to police for "someone might be breaking in" might mean you wait 30 minutes for police to finally show up and find your dead body. It really depends on how busy they are an if they deem your situation "urgent" or not. You may even wait longer. I once called about my neighbors fighting in the front yard when one started threatening to stab the other. They finally came after about 20 minutes. And I was in a medium sized city in the south. This guy lived on the outskirts of Detroit. However, having a gun pointed at someone when you open the door is generally enough to end the situation. Most people trying to rob you don't want to risk dying for your TV and the 30 bucks you might have in your wallet. There was absolutely no need to fire before even seeing who was on the porch. His reaction was ridiculous.
There are also people who send a lone person, typically a woman, who will say she is injured. And then when the homeowner opens the door, a group of people will rush in. I've seen it on ring doorbell camera videos. Sometimes we see the people get in, and sometimes we see the "injured" woman walk away with a bunch of dudes after the homeowner offers to call the police for them. I will never open my door to a stranger in this situation but I will immediately call 911 and watch them incase they do get attacked by someone.
He was probably scared shitless about possibly being charged for murder/manslaughter. He shouldn't have lied about that. I don't think he went to sleep that night planning on murdering some random concussed chick.
@Bob Sacamano no, he's just been waiting for an opportunity to shoot an intruder. She was knocking on his door. Not brsking into his fucming house. Dont make excuses for this disgusting human
That’s what I said, it requires several pounds of pull on the trigger to fire a gun, they don’t go off unless that’s your intention. If they had hair-triggers there would be repeated accidental shootings and gun companies don’t like being sued. It’s bad for business.
Didn’t know the gun was loaded yet he opened the door and right away Aimee it all the way up to her head and pulls the trigger. Why would he do all that if he thought he was in danger if the gun wasn’t loaded? 🤦♂️

This story is horrifying. Iv been in a situation where i ran to someones house about 3 am, drunk, and pounded on the door. Thank god the man who opened the door didnt shoot me in the head! Instead, this poor man, who had just moved to the country to escape the city trash, still had a plastic picnic table in his dining room,(thats how new to the neighborhood he was) called the police for me and harbored me until they got there. . He moved to the country thinkn he left the trouble behind him.. all of a sudden theres a 25 year old 5' chick banging down his door in the wee hours of the morning! That was about 15 years ago. I do not know this mans name. I wish i did. I got really lucky and id like to thank him., Again.
This reminds me of the case with the Japanese exchange student where the homeowner completely overreacted and came out guns blazing and shot him as they were walking away from the property. Smh, what kind of response is that to someone knocking on your door?! These people are insane and never should have been allowed to own guns! I'm glad the court system saw through his guy's BS and left him in jail to rot WHERE HE BELONGS!!
Yes I know that story was so sad to watch and the people were morons just like this guy. He deserves to rot in jail. The worse part is that poor girl was so scared and alone and at his mercy and he took her life and betrayed her. These are the worse kinds of people.
@@ashleymarie2021 I think that was a different incident, the teen getting beer from the garage wasn't walking away. He was begging to be allowed to leave because the armed homeowner was in the way. I have handled my gone for a long time. I have gone through multiple training courses and I have gone shooting. However, if something were to have been similar to this, if there was a consistent banging or commotion at 4 o’clock in the morning, and I felt like my family in my life was in danger, my nerves will be all shot. You can train with a gun and handle a gun for however long you are, but that’s just like comparing it to a car. You can study all you want on how to drive correctly in the snow, but even if everything is in your control and you maneuver exactly like how you were taught in school things still happen. I’m sure every single night at 4 o’clock in the morning for 30 years he would not be having the same experience.
@@jamesoncross7494 why? So you can come up with a better excuse for homicide? This why you don't need to kos because someone's on your porch. He killed her on purpose
Theoretically that should be true but I wonder if it's the same when you were just pulled from deep sleep by somebody aggressively banging on your door in the middle of the night. No civilian trains for that.
A young woman CRYING and banging frantically on the door? What grown man feels that threatened by such a thing and then opens the door to face her and then shoots her in the head. Fvck this guy. So enraging. Blessings and peace be with her and her family. This is so very sad and I can’t even.
Crossed arms can also mean that the person is cold, or self soothing in a stressful situation - as well as a defensive posture or a barrier against a person or a situation. A sad story all around.
Oh please, she could have killed someone drunk driving. Dozens of people are killed, even murdered, in Detroit every week and no one cares. The only reason people cared in this case was because it was a white man shooting a black woman.
My guy wanted to know how it felt to shoot someone and took the first chance he got. If I shot someone accidentally, and then learned that they were just asking for help, I would be absolutely devastated. He however just cares for his own ass.
My mom crashed her car once on a country road before cell phone service was common. There was no way to ask for help and she was 5 miles from home. She tried knocking on the nearest house but they pulled a gun on her snd told her to leave or they'll shoot. She is a little asian lady asking for help at 2am. Some people are just jerks. Even if you are scared of it being a trap, atleast have the decency to phone the police. She had to walk home in South Georgia in the dark. There are animals and it's dangerous. T
She was ready to endanger people's lives by drunk driving, how is that a "poor baby"? Just cause someone is a victim of something doesn't make them a good person
When I was 18 years old, I still lived with my mother and I had had problems with PTSD, depression and anxiety. I would go out on the bike for awhile at night to relax (looking back that was not wise at all even though it was 1980) and one night about a mile from home, this little dog got fixated on chasing me and trying to get close enough to nip at my ankles. I felt like I couldn't get away from the dog even though it was so small it made me nervous, lol, and I managed to kind of take refuge in this person's driveway. I was very naive at that age, wasn't thinking of danger 🤥 I could not seem to leave without that blasted dog ready to come right back. Someone across the street must have alerted the people because this man eventually came out and asked what I was doing, he said they were in the middle of some legal issue with some person or people, and that I was lucky, that normally he would shoot first and ask questions later! I was able to call my mother's boyfriend who lived right down the road and he reluctantly came and helped me get back home. (It was around 3 am). I guess it wasn't "my time."
Imagine being so afraid that someone will break into your house even after they knocked, so you open the door and shoot them dead. And then decide to call for help. That's messed up.
Imagine someone bangs on your door late at night asking for help. You open the door. Their two buddies charge in with guns, rape and torture every member of your family, steal all your stuff, and burn your house down with your whole family tied up while you watch. But you somehow survive, severely burned and all alone while the suspects get away, and the police think you're the one that did it.
It’s not unrealistic. Many home intruders ring doorbells and knock on doors. You can go to the Ring doorbell channel on RU-vid and see many many violent perpetrators ringing the doorbell while they’re holding a gun in their hand. Obviously this case is different and very sad. Alway identify your target and access the threat before you discharge your firearm . This prevents you from blowing away a friendly. The military tends to get upset if you blow away an innocent. Americans. There is something deeply wrong with Americans. They are pumped full of hatred and fear from birth and you end up with the toxic school shooting constantly at war society that brings so much suffering to the world. Personally, I don't think they feel human empathy like other humans. EVERY developed nation has free at-source healthcare for all apart from America. so if you think about that this means they are the only humans on earth willing to let their neighbours die because they cannot afford simple healthcare costs, despite being easily wealthy enough to help each other. It is not objectively normal to hear people banging on your house in the wee early hours of the night. There have been many cases presented in court of assailants pretending to be in distress in order to elicit a response from a homeowner more homogeneous towards the assailant being given access to, or 'protection' within the target's home, before committing their assault against said homeowner. This is a fact that needs to be taken into consideration when measuring the capabilities and cunningness of criminals and organized crime seeking to exploit the natural compassion and helpfulness of others.

I ran to someone's door around 1am covered in blood after an ex broke the glass in my front door to my home and reached in and opened it and beat the shit out of me. So I had glass wounds from trying to keep the door shut and also wounds from him. My hands were full of glass from falling to the ground where all the broken glass had fallen and trying to get back up over and over again and trying to crawl out the door as he held onto my ankles at one point. I kicked him in his jewels as hard as I could and ran a block over looking behind me to see if he'd been able to see where I went... Once I was a street away I started banging on doors holding my hands up to show I was injured. It took about six homes before someone actually spoke to me. The whole time I'm telling but trying not to yell too loud but enough for people inside to hear me saying you don't have to let me in just call 911 my hands and knees have broken glass in them I just got away from my ex I need help. And even saying that over and over it took til house six for someone to call. She kept her door locked but had a porch so I tried to hide behind the support beams and down low since she had some bushes in front of it so he wouldn't see me. Honestly I was scared if he saw me going inside a home he'd destroy their door and attack them too. At the time I got that there were people who'd stage this kind of thing or stage a wreck to rob someone but fuck man I was just begging people to call 911 and saying I don't need to come in and I was still ignored. .. I did end up going to the hospital and they soaked my hands and feet in iodine or something else that color and had to tweeze the glass out, not my best night. I moved back to the same area to care for my grandparents a few years back and still see that home often. I always remember that night when I look at their door/porch. I wonder if the same woman lives there. If she remembers me.
There have been plenty of situations of someone banging on a door in the middle of the night screaming for help and haven't had a shot gun blast to the head. They probably peeked out the blinds to see who was out there before they opened the door. Not swing the door open with guns blazing. Despite the fact that she was drunk driving and crashed her car, she was looking for HELP. Period. Like so many people in a scary situation do. That was no reason for her to be shot dead. He was afraid.....okayyyyy. My fear would tell me to keep that door closed and call police. He was just trigger happy and he knew very well that gun had a bullet in it 😐
Right! Definitely should've called for cops first and then maybe stood at the door with his gun near by JUST IN CASE, while telling the person outside "I called the cops, I'm not sure what is going on, if you need help or what". It pisses me off that he didn't try to talk to her through the door, ask what was going on etc. No way that gun should've gun off until someone broke in and was actively trying to attack you.
This isn’t that hard of an occurrence to comprehend. You can probably find a lot of cases that are similar. Everyone can say “I would’ve done this or that...” but until you’re in the actual situation you don’t know how you’re going to react. There were mistakes by both parties, it’s sad.
He leads me to believe by her being on his doorstep was like a nicely wrapped gift to him, I bet he didn't factor in a prison sentence being part of that gift😡
Even if they did, as long as u know ur doors and windows are locked and call for help ur good, there’s really no reason for u to open the door and invite the danger in, makes no sense
There´s been many cases in which the perpetrators knock on doors pretending needing help, and once inside the house harm the people who were trying to help someone in need. That´s why you don´t let any stranger home, but offer ways to help them out, or warn them you´ve called the police (and really do it before talking to them) and that the cops are coming to assist you. NEVER open the door and shoot "with a weapon you don´t known is loaded".
you have no idea what you are talking about. They will knock on your door to see if anybody is at home, or to see if there is a man in the house, ect, ect. if ANYBODY knocks on my door after dark i am answering my door with a gun.
I love this channel! Thanks for your handwork , time, analysis, and delivery! Your videos are exceptional! Thanks so much for everything you do. You are very much appreciated! 🔥 ❤️
I've had very little training on guns and even I know one of the most important rules is assume every gun is loaded. Another is never point your gun at someone you don't intend to shoot. He obviously opened that door intending to kill whomever was on the other side & he damn well knew that gun was loaded. At least have the guts to admit it instead of lying and saying you didn't know it was loaded and it went off by itself.
Right? If you really thought it wasn't loaded and STILL pointed it at someone and it "accidentally went off" or something, then you're an idiot who is a danger to yourself and obviously others and should be in prison.
Right when he stands up to show if he was holding it upright or downward... he showed himself opening the door and instantly pulling it up to his chest, not holding it at his waist. He was aiming at her to shoot, she didn't deserve being killed at all. RiP 🕊
He said he held it waist height and low and it suddenly went off?🤨 He blew her head practically off above the jaw. He was aiming for a deliberate kill shot. He could’ve yelled behind the door or window what she wanted or not answered the door if he felt threatened.
So happy the commenters didn't all just go along with this narrative. This is nowhere near cut-and-dry enough for a 30 year sentence, or a conviction at all, at least not based on the information given here
No excuse on his part. If your that scared don't open the door. . Its clearly obvious she was injured and disoriented, only threat she posed was passing out bleeding on his front porch. How sad to crawl from a mangled car to only be shot in the face by a clearly "frightened" man. My arse! He deserves every single year he got. That wasn't castle doctrine or stand your ground it was a angry man just itching to shoot someone. Streets are much safer with him off them.
Clearly obvious to us, I wouldn’t say that was clearly obvious to him at all. Still, he should have stayed inside and waited for then to break in before shooting if that’s the situation he thought he was in.
Yeah, makes perfect sense for someone with murderous intent to sit at home and pray someone bangs on their door at 430. Do you even hear yourself? What about this dumb broad endangering the lives of innocents with her indulgent, reckless lifestyle? She could have just as easily hit an occupied car in her idiotic drunken rage. Sucks she died in sin, but that’s what happens when you put the quarter in the jukebox-you dance to the stupid tune.
Everything you state is wrong. This happened 3 hours AFTER she crashed....she was drunk and still high off her rocker. She wasn't banging on the door for help...she was just banging on windows, doors, and making any sane person think he's about to be robbed/killed. This guy didn't do a damn thing wrong.
At no point in what we saw of his interrogation did he express sorrow or regret for what he’d done. He seemed sad but not upset enough that he’d killed her. Maybe he was still in shock and maybe he did express regret during the part of the interrogation we didn’t see. And since the year that this happened there’ve been several cases of gun owners shooting innocent people who either knocked on their door by mistake or went into their driveway by mistake. This country is gun-crazy. 🤮
Very sad 😭 . This is why even people in accidental reaction end up hiding. Very sad story. Charged for someone knocking at his door. Very sad situation to both families 😭😭😭
He wasn’t charged for somebody knocking at his door, he was charged for murdering somebody who was no threat to him. No jury would’ve found him guilty if he had acted reasonably.

He should've been charged with a hate crime. This is why so many African Americans feel that racism will NEVER die. And people who make excuses are almost even more to blame.
The reason racism will never die is because people cry about racism where there is none. Like in this case, where nothing points to him being motivated by race.
No no no no no. Absolutely NO. CALL THE COPS. Someone pounding on the door screaming for help… that doesn’t mean that you SHOOT THEM. What the actual hell!!! If you feel threatened call the damn cops!!!! And wait for them to arrive!!!
What is this dumbass comment, i see youve never seen a slight hint of danger in your life. Life isnt a fairytale where cops respond in 5 second ready to carry you out of danger. Theyre humans and cant teleport
Which is messed up too because if he was under attack and he called the police, he'd be dead long before they arrived. Look how long it took them to respond to the accident she caused.
He opened the door for his intruder, and did she even step inside his home before he shot her? Pretty sure an intruder has to intrude first. Plus like he mentioned you have the right to protect your home with equal or less force. Shotgun vs No Weapon speaks for itself. And no warning to shoot?? I was pretty sure you need to give them the opportunity to flea. Then the obvious, can't shoot if they are leaving.

I’m light skin black and I would have tried to make my way to a busier intersection if possible. Its a fucked up situation I got kids that age. RIP to the young lady 🙏
There was a teenager in a neighborhood within minutes from me in Kansas City who accidentally went up to the wrong house and simply knocked on the front door and was shot in the head and then the arm once he was down. I can’t wrap my head around the fact that people “sense danger” and just result to shooting someone rather than calling 911 and simply not opening the door if they truly feel they’re in that much danger. Super sad
That’s the problem I have with some gun owners: they make the last resort their first resort! Seriously, think about what you would do if you DIDN’T have a gun: get on the phone with 911? Make sure your doors and windows are locked, stay inside, go to the interior of your home, go out the back, any number of options. Nope, just went straight to blowing off her head. Even having a gun, yes go get it, yes load it, but get on the phone with 911 and stay away from the door. Let the person outside know you have a gun if you must. This absolutely didn’t have to end this way.
I know right. Watched one the other day and he wanted to kill someone for breaking into his neighbours car. He was on the phone to dispatch saying he will go out there and kill him. Dispatch were saying you cant kill someone for breaking into someone else's property when no-one is in danger. He felt like because he owned a gun he had the right to take a life for robbing a stereo. Beyond ridiculous. Surely there should be in depth psychological evaluations before letting someone own such a dangerous weapon. Seen so many parents buying children guns. What is the world coming to.
The worse kind of a human is the one that betrays someone at their most vulnerable and desperate times. He could’ve easily helped her but he decided to take her life. May he rot in hell.
The guy didn't know though, he lived in a rough area where home invasions and violent crimes were part of every day life. Being woken up at 3am by someone banging at the door under those circumstances would be enough to put a lot of people on high alert and paranoid.
No properly developed adult brain would even think to answer late night knocking on the door with a fully loaded shotgun already aimed at the visitor, finger on the trigger, safety off, and not even 1 full second to look at this person before pulling the trigger and murdering this poor woman who's banged all up from a car wreck, hoping this person would have even a shadow of empathy or common decency. She suffered a potentially life threatening car wreck only to be immediately murdered by the first person she asked for help. This guy is one of the bigger reasons so many people hate guns to begin with. You'd also have to be a pretty nasty rotten POS to do that to another human being who clearly needed help and he clearly had zero interest in even looking at the person at the door, let alone even listening to a single word she has to say, opting instead to open the door, finger on the trigger of a loaded gun with the safety off, and firing point blank at somebody who needed help. This is a textbook 'shoot first, ask questions later' example that illustrates clearly this guy shouldn't have ever had any access to any kind of weapon due to his under developed mental and emotional cognition. He is absolutely a danger to society and need to be separated from society before he kills more people for no reason. I'm only 2 minutes into this video and already going he gets life with no parole for this horrifying blatant display of pure malevolence and lack of regret for his horrendous come. I hope they beat his head in with the book and take the rest of his life from him for taking this poor girl's life. What a wretch.
The end of your message made me laugh but I definitely understand and agree with you on this! It's hard to even believe he was serious on his explanation and reasoning
You don't know that he was the "1st person she asked for help". There was a 3.5 hour gap between the wreck and arriving at his home. Three and one half hours. I doubt she went 3.5 hours without asking anyone else for help. To think anything else is ignorant, imo. You says it's messed up to do this to someone who clearly needed help. You, don't clearly know ANYONE needs help at 430am, after just being woken up and trying to look outside to see who's banging on the door. Clearly 🤣🤣🤣 Come back to reality. You make a whole lot of assumptions incorrect here for absolutely no reason. Nothing in this vid said anything close to what you're claiming here. 🙄 I love how everybody on the internet is an expert after watching a few vids. Mr wannabe expert over here smdh. It's hilarious watching you make all, these claims as if they're fact with absolutely nothing to back up anything you're even saying. Nothing in this vids says he could clearly see that she was hurt from a car wreck. You don't have a clue how many people she asked for help. You don't have a clue about much of what, you said and it's hilarious that watching a 15 minute vid allowed you to come to alllll those conclusions. I mean...since you're that good just, from watching a video with almost no info, you ought to be the best detective this world has ever seen. Why, waste your talent watching vids when you could be solving cases without ever talking to the suspect and without ever looking at any, evidence. 🤷👌 Mr wannabe homicide expert over here 😂😂😂😂😂😂😊
I wouldn't answer anyone knocking frantically on my door in the middle of the night unfortunately. Can't trust anyone. That's what true crime documentaries have taught ne
Everyone who says they aren't going to open the door when someone is banging on it, I call bullsh!t. You know damn well that you'd open it. Either out of curiosity or anger or just being annoyed, that door will be opened.
Never, ever talk to an investigator without legal representation. If innocent, it will save you from being falsely charged. If guilty, it will help you to not tell on yourself and get away with it. Value your freedom at all cost.
@@valerierodger murder is relative. You may have had to kill or be killed then or perhaps later. It is a war out there. Get a weapon and kill before you're killed. It's not only the strong survive, it's he who strikes first is the last man standing. You can be fodder for the slaughter or you can be the killer elite. Bcuz the slaughter is coming and no cop is gonna save you and your family. Buy an assault rifle before you are too late.
man, one minute in and I’m already angry at that stupid idiot who decided to skip past 10 different things to deescalate or even gain information, and just murder this poor woman. I have no sympathy for him at all
One minute in and I feel the opposite. Interesting how that works. If I had a random drunk, concussed person knocking on and trying my doors and windows in the middle of the night, I'd be bugged out too. He just shouldn't have lied about what he was doing with the gun, but I'm sure he was incredibly nervous considering he just shot someone dead and ended up in a police interrogation room.
Isn't it ironic that you're making a knee-jerk reaction? I mean, the consequences are clearly different. All were getting from yours is knowing there is another one on the internet. She died. Which sucks. This happens to good people on both sides.
