This is a faceless channel and this portion of my face is what I feel comfortable to show you in the rare videos where I decide to provide a demo. I think it’s enough to demonstrate my points, but if it is not, I also shared the face chart to show the placement on a full face, so everyone can try it him/herself ☺️

Having a small round face I always apply blush in a sculpting way & blend it into my hairline. I don't follow trends but I do apply blush a little higher than I used to.

This is my favorite blush placement too! It truly is the most youthful placement for me. I used to think blush had to be was way out on just the outer portion of my cheeks to sculpt, but it wasn’t nearly as youthful.

Yeah, the draping technique is more editorial. I use it when I want more of a “made up” look 😘

That’s my favourite placement. I once met Charlotte Tilbury and asked her how I could improve my makeup, and she told me to do that placement with specifically a pink blush. It really plumps and lifts my cheeks. Btw have you tried waterproof mascara? I have the same lashes as you and if I curl them and then put waterproof mascara then the curl stays all day. But otherwise they’re poker straight!

@@bobmindset I use the Armani eyes to kill waterproof mascara, and it keeps my lashes curled all day. Would definitely recommend it!

This straight line placement doesn’t suit me. I prefer high placement typically where highlighter goes, lightly on the apples and outer cheeks and fading up around the temples. I don’t have fillers in my cheeks either and this placement seems to give the illusion of higher cheekbones for me. Also, lately I have preferred cream blush for a more natural day to day plumped look. It seems to soften wrinkles, on me.

The straight line is not for everyone but going higher with blush application is the key, also without there straight line. Thanks for sharing! Baked gelée is the most versatile formula for me, but I’m also loving liquid blushes at the moment (and it seems I’m not alone, since every brand is releasing theirs). I have just purchased the Armani one and it’s fantastic! Do you have a favorite cream blush to soften wrinkles?
