My grandmother had a twin who Mengele killed. Along with her 7 other brothers and sisters. She survived alone from the family, but when she got home, the neighbours already took over the old family house and chased her away.

They stayed in argentina. Here we never really hated nazis and they were treated very well because here most of the population is white and the only country in south america with a white mayority of population. minorities almost doesn't exist here and we are a very racist country. thats why we supported the nazis and also helped them escape. If you see argentina nowadays, the german heritage became the biggest with the italian. thats why they never got punished nor discriminated.

It's sad that children still feel that strange connection to their parents regardless of the circumstances. I hope that the son doesnt carry the guilt. Some Buddhist say that parents pass on their karma, and for this mans sake I really hope not.
