Not sure what was exposed because what he said was completely possible also the fact that all the voters would deny it is the obvious response because it would make them look bad if they actually confirmed what Nick said. The NBA isn't some perfect honest entity nor do they have control over who talks to who while the finals are going on. It's looks fishy that Steph didn't get 1 vote for finals MVP and he played the same way he played in the regular season but won that MVP but not the finals MVP. 7 for Iguodala, really over Steph that's absurd he didn't even get 1 vote. Honestly the Warriors played good team defense on LeBron as they were the number 1 rated defense that year (2014-15) they had 3 guys take turns on guarding him and it made it tough for him to shoot a good percentage because he shouldered a load without K Love and Kyrie. The 4-4-3 thing actually makes perfect sense because I'm sure there were probably voters who appreciated what Iguodala did and 4 picked and 3 picked Steph but because it would have made the voters look bad who picked Iguodala over Steph, since it was 4-3 Iggy it's very possible that there was a compromise to just let Iggy have the other 3 votes and have it look like 7-4 but I refused to believe that 7 voters didn't think Steph wasn't a top 2 valuable player in that finals not 7. You're saying you believe one side of media Tim Frank who has the biggest media machine behind him (NBA) over one media person Nick Wright who just made up a random story about how voters voted. The big media (NBA) had the video taken down and compelled Nick Wright to apologize on Twitter because it was a bad look for the NBA to have it look like they had control over the voters when in actuality the NBA or Tim Frank can't prove what the voters could have done to relay messages to each other on how to vote for finals MVP. I can see where Nick Wright story could be true but why would voters admit to that?

The difference was that his field goal percentage was worse than usual because of game 2 and 3.Not saying iggy didn't deserve votes but curry definitely deserved some. It's basically gifting a role player the finals mvp because he performed better than usual while your best player did what he is supposed to. Plus one of these player was the main focus of the cavs defense leaving his teammates playing 4v3 out of pickn rolls. Iggy slowed Lebron on the perimeter but it still required a team effort to slow him down just like steph.

Nick Wright also tried to tell people Lebron played better than KD in the 2017 finals but Lebron scored like 2 points in the 4th quarter in game 2 (when it was an 11 point game with 10 minutes left to go) and went scoreless in the last 6 minutes in game 3 (in a game where the Warriors won by 1 shot) and KD outscored him by 14 points those 2 4th quarters and the Warriors went up 3-0. but nick wright never talked about that and lied to everyone saying that Lebron played better than KD

OutlawStar Joseph I truly believe there were two reasons why Iggy got it. For one Lebron was the best player in the finals and it wasn’t even close but to give the reward would not only be hollow to Lebron since being the finals mvp wasn’t good enough to win a title but it would question the integrity of the award so giving it to iggy was indirectly giving it to Lebron. The second reason every time Golden State needed a push or if Cleveland was catching up the guy who started a run was usually Iggy, while Steph would fuel it it was mostly iggy who sparked the offense and that’s probably why he won the finals mvp.

@@xXJohnBlazeXx Without Stephs points they aren't even in the game enough for those defensive stops to matter. They should vote after every game and tally it up after the final buzzer. That way none of the voters are caught up in the final game or 2 games like they were the only ones that mattered.

The series changed when Iggy was inserted in the starting line up in G4...so Steph wasn't robbed...that doesn't mean Steph wasn't good in the series either...Iggy was just the catalyst for the win so I'm fine with that!
