Queensryche The Needle Lies from Livecrime I do not own this video. I just Love The Ryche! Sorry the quality is not better! I remember NOW,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,rduquet
Queensryche is THE best band, Has the GREATEST singer, HAD the best guitarist. And is in my opinion THE band that every band should TRY to be...listen and learn. yup.
No one will ever truly be able to appreciate or understand how fast this song is until they try to play it on an instrument, it's tiring as all hell! but awesome lol. THE NEEDLE LIES!
Mindcrime a Top 10 Metal Album, best live act of the era along w Maiden, massive talent across the board, sweetest drum set … 🥁🥁 These guys had an amazing 15 year run…🎸🤟
I looked back once, and all I saw was his face, smiling, the needle crying. Walking out of his room with mirrors, afraid, I heard him scream,,,,"You'll Never Get Away!" rduquet QUEENSRYCHE ROCKS!!!!
My favorite album of all time. I was lucky enough to catch this tour three times. If I would have had a car at the time...I would have followed them around Grateful Dead style. My favorite band ever.
I was at the show in Houston 4/19/1991 for this tour. I was 15. It was my first concert ever, and every one I've been to since has paled in comparison. Long live the Ryche!!
Backing up Def Leppard on this album release, doesn't sound right now, didn't sound right back then either, they blew Def Leppard off the stage! Thanks for the posting.
I bought the Box Set when it came out. When I heard they were going to be in Seattle for New Year's 1991, I begged for a ticket. And, my mother bought it as a Christmas present. It was even better then Livecrime. You cannot ever trade something that is recorded to the real thing. I was truly grateful that I did get to witness that, I will remember it always. One truly remarkable thing that I recall was during Scott Rockenfield's drum solo: the laser lights were in synch with his drum beats, making for a very awesome spectacle. All of them are top-notch musicians, and always will be. If only today's stars could climb as high as they did, or farther.
I will never get over "Mind Crime", I can't help it, the band, the show, the talent. I fell in Love with my Rock and Roll Girl Friend to "The Ryche", and we are STILL TOGETHER AND STILL IN LOVE! AND WE STILL LOVE THE RYCHE!
My wife and I saw this show twice in 1991, we cannot tell you how GREAT IT WAS!!!!! Just like the videos! Operation Live Crime! This Band has meant so much to me and my wife,,,we fell in Love to QueensRyche, and we are STILL IN LOVE AND TOGETHER ROCKING OUT!!!
@102747759886353108768 well you got another viewer here, this song is amazing and i aint ashame to admit it. The lyrics to this song are all true. Next to Iron Maiden, Queensryche is my 2nd favorite band. Been clean for a few years now.
+rduquet Queensryche I grew up on, not the one of today.........Jackson and Rockenfeld could knock down walls, DeGarmos guitars could drill thru you and Tates air raid siren vocals were awesome.
I understand you! Me and my wife got to know because I was wearing Dream Theater's t-shirt when the band wasn't so popular. I thought - Maaan, this chick is sooo hot and she knows who are Dream Theater...The power of music=the power of love
TOTAL BEAST MODE!!!! So glad I got to see this tour. Mindcrime will forever be in my top ten. 20 plus years later and I still listen to it front to back - \m/ -
I WAS THERE! I WAS DOWN WITH "THE RYCHE!" I can't beleive that NOW I am an OLD MAN! When I look in the mirror, I'm looking thru the "EYES OF A STRANGER!" ROCK-ON! rduquet
Congrats on getting so many hits. I've been a Queensryche fan since I was 12 (I'm 36 now), and even to this day, I'm prone to screaming "YOU'LL NEVER GET AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!"
I remember now,,,I remember how it started, I can't remember yesterday,,, I just remember doing what they told me,, told me,,, told ME!!!!!!! "THE RYCHE" 1987 rduquet
So Great!! So Great!! I will never forget,,me and my WIFE fell in LOVE to THE RYCHE! And we are still together, "IN LOVE", and STILL BEST FRIENDS! AND WE STILL LOVE THE RYCHE! rduquet rduquet
I just found the dvd in my bedroom (which i hd thought ws cd.. oops) and i have watched it. twice. this is my new favourite song of the show, operation mindcrime, revolution calling and eyes of a stranger have already had that priviledge!
When it's time to play this song Eddie must be like, " FUCK THIS SONG..." AHAHAHA. He does more work in this song than some bass players do in their whole career.
Gary Platts Huh? Chill out dude, I'm well acquainted with the Mindcrime storyline, but if you analyze the album, each song talks about a specific real life theme that also functions as a chapter of the story. In this song, Queensryche presents us a powerful and catchy anti-drugs message.
@@rduquet Michael Wilton seems to do good enough as Chris' replacement. As for Geoff, he seems to be a better singer than a person at this point in time.
@danspeicher at leas trush is getting some of the recognition they deserve (because they deserve much much more).queensryche isnt that popular these days though :/ i liked their new album too,and i generally love them...tates voice is simply a miracle
When I posted this video back in January of 2010, I never dreamed it would get 42,000 views! This video is from the "OPERATION LIVE CRIME" VHS video tape, relesed in 1991 I believe. I cannot tell you all, how much this band and thier album - "OPERATION MINDCRIME" from 1988, has meant to me OVER ALL THESE YEARS! Think of the music that is being created today, do any of you think it will be remembered in 25 years from now - LIKE Queensryche is?? I DON"T! rduquet
@reallyboardstiff They are older now, but still put on a good show! I hope you enjoy them. I have always considered them to be the best! rduquet P.S. Go to my TY Channel!
