Nice cutscene from great adventure game "The Neverhood Chronicles" which was created by Doug Tennapel. Game website: www.neverhood.se If downloading this vdeo is taking too much time, open smaller version: • The Neverhood: Pulling...
Anyone noticed that when he has pulled out the nail, that its the OTHER side that starts moving? This game was one of the first games I ever playd, so the nostaliga is great here!
I still don't understand how it works... How is the pin and chain holding it separated, how did it even get separated... And how pulling the pin makes it go back together.
The game's sense of humor (tree being cut in half here, the whole weasel chase and soooo much more) is just amazing. I am really sad that it is not on GoG as my CD is kinda dead, one of if not THE best of point and click adventure games of all time, insane production and fantastic music to boot. I miss times when things could just be funny without having to deal with overly sensitive people whining at things, but even today this game should pass fine there is nothing insulting to any race (unless you are clay people i suppose?) so why it is unavailable digitally is just baffling.
just beat the game today. took FOREVER To track a copy down. This was an awesome cutscene, great way to introduce Klogg! I could never figure out how or why the neverhood got split...
You can get some good second hand copies from Amazon. The music is by Terry S. Taylor and there are 2 albums which contain the music from NeverhoOd. Imaginarium and NeverhoOd Music. I think Imaginarium is the one you want, There's loooaaads of tracks on it. Klaymann Shuffle is my favourite :D
wait, if the pin was avoiding the Palace-Bill section of the Neverhood, how is pulling the pin out is going to make the Nursery-Cannon section of the Neverhood join together?
You can torrent it with Utorrent but on Win7 the cutscenes and walking segments lag like crap. Dunno about other operating systems. Apparently macs work 100%
@TheMitsuhideAkechi Thank you very much. Thanks for giving me the gift of knowledge. Something crossed my mind and I'm obviously ridiculed for it Oh how do you sleep at night, oh great one?
