This is an incredible bike, loads of fun. I won't go back to petrol after this, the Mo so comfortable without the noise and vibration. Also very comfortable seat height. Just a few points on the video: 1:28 the battery capacity is 5.6 kWh. 7kW is the motor continuous rated power, peak power is 9kW. 1:52 they recommend you don't pull the battery out by the handle, pull the battery out first, then raise the trolley handle. It comes with a rubber cap to fit over the electrical connector inside the bike. 1:58 'easily' if you are wheeling slowly over flat ground. It weighs 40 kg (about 6 stone), and you could wear or damage the wheels if bumping up and down kerbs and steps. 2:24 the screen is well worth having, it's a much more comfortable and pleasant ride with it, especially in the wet. You can get the screen supply only, and its held on with four security head bolts. However, you may also need a metal file and some black metal paint handy to take corners off the supplied mild steel brackets in order to get them to fit well using the supplied screws. 2:28 the Mo is the same bike as the Silence S01, and you are better off downloading the Silence app and registering your Mo to that, as it has all the functionality of the Mo app described, plus more. 3:11 The left lever controls both brakes. The right lever engages the rear wheel regenerative braking over the first cm or so of travel, but only in Eco or Sport mode. In City mode there is no regenerative braking. Pull harder and the right lever engages the front brake. 3:37 the acceleration from standing in Sport mode is fantastic. Almost nothing else beats it away from the lights. Maybe a few highly tuned high performance bikes, but not much else. 4:53 I do a 35 mile commute on 50% charge, travelling in on a mix of 40, 50 and 60 mph speed limits, and 20 and 30 limit roads over the last 8 miles in town. If you have to go there and back on one charge, your effective range is probably less than 30 miles in each direction as you don't really want to take the battery much below 20% charge, in order to prolong the battery life. Obviously more miles if you can charge up at work for a few hours (your workplace may insist you get an annual PAT test). To get 80 miles on one charge I estimate you would need to be doing the whole journey on 20 and 30 mph roads.

I am interested in this moped. I primarily would be for the city however if I wanted to go home its about 45 miles mainly dual carriageway. Do you think it would make it or should I just look at a petrol 125

@@pres7701 Hi Pres, its a 125 equivalent, not a moped. Range is easily 65 miles, so on a full charge you will easily get 45 miles. But if you are expecting to do 45 miles flat out all the way at 62 mph, I would advise not, as the battery will overheat if kept in sport mode for prolonged periods. It would do it in City mode, which gives you a top speed of 54 mph, just using Sport mode for regenerative braking into roundabouts, and acceleration away. You would need to recharge for about 5 hours before turning round and going back again. Best thing to do would be to book a test ride, and see if you find it comfortable for you - I find it perfect, but every rider is different, I've heard other test riders complain that the seat and suspension are too rigid. Its the same bike as the Silence SO1 if you have a Silence dealer closer to you. A petrol 125 would be quite a bit less initial outlay. Good luck with it.

A good review but let down by poorly written english. It is Braking, not Breaking

Overpriced … 3.5k it’s a maximum, 1/2 years and the electric bikes should be cheaper

You're kidding, the battery alone costs over 3k.
