All of those regulations, and the cost of adhering to them, are some of the reasons why you still see decades old plane designs and engines. This had to have been a monumental task. Congratulations on getting certified!
@@kevingallineauii9353 well am sort of not,,, its meant to be a fancy bush plane ,,, so i guess they kept it old school,,, seems easy to start,, ignitors on,, starter on and hold ,, spin up to 15%,, fuel cutoff to low idle,, rpm up to 50% ish and or itt starts to drop ,,, let go of starter and shut off ignitors,, few steps i guess,,, i would be worried on takeoff thou,,, you cant slam the throttle to the stop or you will over torque the motor ,, so i guess on takeoff is the only place to have to sort of watch its limits,, ya fadec would be sweet thou :))
