Well considering they can program a circuit board to fail at a certain point requiring a specialist technician to replace it compared to a direct link to your handbrake I can see why it's now a feature not commonplace (like it should be because that's also your emergency brake which should not have any points of failure outside of mechanical).
Yes, lot of cars have dummy gauges, including my RX8 the temp gauge only reads halfway, and if it does go up it's too late the engine is already gone. It's important to have some aftermarket digital gauges if you want to prolong the life of an older manual.
Just wait for a bit they did it with the GR86 believe it or not when those came out a while back after that most dealers will wise up and sell at msrp either that or Nissan will punish dealers who markup
Ugh. Manually I can press a button and it's still _manual_ where this is an analog (at best term), physically connected emergency brake line. Your comment is so fucking cringe
Right! And wanted to show off the front it as if it looks good?!?! FFS it’s so bad! They had so many opportunities and yet it looks like a sped 3rd grader designed it 😂. Back end is the only thing I think looks decent. Cap is actually pretty normal… it’s the door 😂
@@l00tur I love v8 vehicles I had a Jaguar XjR and an charger RT both with big V8s. As a kid I had a crown Vic which was nothing special. But a v8 is so much fun on the interstate. Now I got a Camry and a house note 😞
Nissan nailed the exterior of the Z. I know it’s personal but the front is “meh” for me. But i cannot and i repeat cannot wait for what Huyndai does with concept vision 74. Such a beautiful car
“…And I don’t know if you would choose this over a Supra” I’m a Toyota fan, but I’m already all in with the new Z, because it’s more powerful, comes with manual gearbox with it’s release and it’s cheaper. It might not look as good as Supra, but 3 vs 1, so I’m team Z.
just curious why? i'd love a Z but the supra has unquestioningly better performance and a way nicer interior. the Z is newer/rarer atm & that's cool but in a couple years that will have totally worn off. the supra seems to be more fun & a nicer daily driver
@@roboticunclephil the Supra isnt pure Toyota like it was before. The Z is all Nissan and true to the roots of what it always was! Not to mention a true handbrake!!
@@gooniac33 yeah the handbrake is awesome but is the supra being a collab really going to stop you from enjoying the car? i'd love a 40k 400z but for what they want rn a supra or something would be more fun per $ i think
@@marcosram33 lol Supra is a ground-up modern platform developed with BMW. Z is just an old 370 with new body panels because Nissan doesn’t have a Toyota/BMW development budget.
