It was a sunny afternoon in St. Petersburg, a rare event despite the fact that the Luftwaffe bombings have stopped years ago. The people, having heard the news that Russia has finally been reunited under a new Tsar, gathered in front of the Winter Palace. They had heard that this new Tsar, unlike those before him, actually provides for the people and tries his best to lead Russia, they patiently waited for the presence of the new Tsar they heard so much of. Inside his room, Mikhail Andreevich Romanov, now known as Tsar Mikhail II, the Emperor and Autocrat of All the Russians, walked around his room, his heart full of unease. How did it come to this? A royalty descendant living peacefully in Australia, somehow forced to be the leader of Chita, and now the leader of the entirety of Russia? Despite his unease, Mikhail II couldn’t help but feel grateful for the advice and understanding given to him by Vladimir Kirillovich, his distant cousin who, too exhausted to lead Russia after a bloody war with General Batov’s forces, agreed to step down and let him take the throne. The Tsar finally stopped walking and took in a deep breath. It was time, for him and all the Russians. He opened the curtains and finally stepped out to the balcony. He was in awe of the sight before him. God Save a Tsar was blaring loudly, the cannons boomed again and again for his glory, and tens of thousands people cheering for him. Once again, after a long while, the Tsar smiled. He didn’t choose this life, but he also wasn’t a quitter, and this was his reward.
@@bigbasher4728 Against all odds, General Batov turns out to be alive despite his headquarters being bombed to kingdom come during the war. Batov’s men swiftly took care of the royal guards and stormed the Winter Palace as if it was 1917, all this while “To Serve Russia” blared at maximum volume from radios all over Russia since Batov’s men took over every single radio station beforehand. Yup, it’s Batov time.
