Good Evening George, What a lovely lovely bit of kit the FW is. I am looking forward to seeing more of the beast well done George. You take care of yourself and stay safe.🚜🚜⭐️⭐️👍
The local farmer had a few of these FW's beasts, you knew it was farming time seeing a convoyor of these with massive ploughs and discs. The growling roar was awesome under ploughing load. They worked through the nights and to some of us, that was a fantastic sound to sleep to.
George you have definitely picked a worthy replacement for the TW ,awesome tractor just awesome now you need a period correct dowdswell plough for that beast of a tractor 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wow thats amazing news. You have been talking about getting a FW in your videos for as many years as I can remember. I will look forward to seeing this in use
Congratulations George, it’s always been a dream of yours to have one. I remember one of your videos from years ago working with John that you wanted one. Dreams only work if you do. Look forward to the future content with this tractor. 👍
Its like Christmas has come early, now that's a Tractor, I'm an 80,s farm guy and i remember the big farms and estates had these and i always admire them, hope you enjoy that Monster FW as much a i do George.😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
Great video George, just had a feeling we were going to see her in Bedfordshire, pleased for you and hope she gives you hours of pleasure driving her, as she will give us pleasure watching, can't wait to see and hear her in the field.
Who's a lucky boy then...I hope his lordship has looked this over, and approves. You lucky ******d. I would love to have one of these, I haven't even got room for a UH version. Very well done George, very much deserved piece of kit. I would love to see it close up, sometime... From W.Berks.
What a beaut! Hell of a upgrade in ways. Did abit with fw and versatile/stieger pivots in oz on my stint away as a young buck. Hope the tdub got a good home. Unfortunately alot of that era here in nz got scrapped. Bucket list tractor's a tw, genesis & 71/72 series magnum. As much as would love a 70series case agri king for a tractor pull beast.
Thought that was your plan, shame you couldnt keep the TW as well, but as you say, funds are not limitless. Good luck with it, look forward to see it moving some dirt.
Great video George I can't wait to see you in that fantastic tractor mate at least I should recognise you now and when I do I will flash you and put my thumbs up so keep your eyes peeled👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Boys and their toys!! lol Oh a certain Lord is going to have so much fun with that clip of you trying to get up to the bonnet! Classic moment for sure!
congratulations George, must have been a hard decision selling the old TW, however I have heard you mention a few times the FW is your dream machine, so congratulations.
Bloody hell, George, when you upgrade, you certainly do upgrade well. I don't think any of your youtube fans had seen that coming. What a bloody tractor we'll done . Great video, George. Give mucka something to say 😂😂 your definitely going to need some big kit,now
George now you will be able to do farming with bigger implements which will help nice tractor i saw one other day in ohio with duals never drove an 8440 john deere but drove an 8650 with duals on 750 bushel killbros grain cart and on 714 john deere mulch till or as we call it chisel plow
Congratulations pal! The only thing I'd suggest is keeping your eyes open for a good 2nd hand engine at the right price to keep tucked away somewhere. Apparently those 903 Cummins V8's weren't always the best Cummins made and the parts can be hard to find and expensive. The 903 was nowhere near as bad as the 555 (triple nickel) was though.
Lovely old bit of kit .i worked on a farm in Berkshire that had ether and 30 or 40 cannot remember but the great bits of kit massive set of simba disc and a massive plough as well
Cheers Stuart, I think only 30 and 60 were sold in the UK, I remember a local farmer had a 30 with a big dowdeswell plough when I was growing up, really made an impression 👍
@@GeorgeSaunders yes i think you could be right there ,I need to find my old photos I’ll try and send it to you once Ive found them ,I wonder haw many was sold in the uk
Having driven both TW35 and FW30 I would have the TW anyday. That gear stick in the middle of the floor between the clutch and foot break on the FW30 gets to be really annoying after a while.
Hey George, just want to say congratulations on your new investment 🚜 you must be so, so happy. WOW she is a beast god when cars see you coming towards them on the road in the FW they will diffently be pulling in out off your way, what horsepower does she put out. You could use her to do all the tilling now and the fastrac for all the road work. Congratulations again George, and fair play 👏 and glad that your dreams came true. I couldn't be any happier for you. Safe driving in it
What a beast! Looks very tidy for its age too! If you know any of its history could you mention it in a future video would be interesting to know where its worked. Assume its been in the Uk all its life by the number plate. 👍
WOW, congratulations, George, what a beauty the new tractor is !! I'm very envious of you. I was saddened with the news about your TW going when I saw the video about looking for something new, but this more than makes up for that disappointing news. Where did you find this excellent looking machine as there can't be too many tidy FW 30 tractors around for sale at any one time ?? I'm looking forward to seeing more of your new toy in the months ahead. 😂😂😂
I was gutted to learn the old TW had left for pastures new. But got to be honest that FW is a gorgeous piece of iron. Fair play George dreams can come true would love to see it in the flesh like...👍
Funnily enough, we went from a JD 8430 to a Ford TW25, thanks to the JD’s engine dropping a bollock, twice! You got off the JD at the end of the day, fresh as a daisy. But you got off the TW knowing you had done a days work. Ironically, even though the JD pulled an 8 furrow Dowdeswell and the TW a 6, they both ploughed about 30 acres a day.
Hats off to your sir.... It was going to have to be a great tractor to take over the reins of your mighty TW.... Lang May Yer Fw Burn Some Fuel For Ya.. 😊.. now will she fit in the newist shed with the combine ?😉 stay safe 🏴
