The New York Hardcore Chronicles "Riley's Attic" (Episode 3). Lifelong collector Bob Riley (Stigmata / Murderer's Row) walks us though some more of his incredible collection. Directed by Drew Stone
Seeing someone else's collections and home really proves something about human beings. He is from the hardcore punk/skinhead culture and collects the music from that world and extends his collection revealing a huge love for music in general, and then you see his comic book and movie action figures revealing what some would call nerdy, yet then he goes on to show his signed baseballs revealing a love of sports. It shows that we aren't actually punks or nerds or jocks, we are people and people are a lot of things.
The Onkelz! My buddy Danny was the one to teach me the NYHC ways, from Sick of it All to the Supersuckers( I know they’re not NYHC, just showing the breadth of what he taught me) and the Onkelz were his love.
Mesmerizing listening to him talk, and what a collection! I wonder who's is better his, Mike Rep or Randy Underwood? You should do an episode on the three of these guys together.
when he says, "hold on..." I'm like, he's gonna bust out the Ronnie Dio doo wops... he's gonna bust out the Ronnie Dio doo wops... BOOM He's got the fucking Ronnie Dio doo wops!!
I'm surprised no millenials have cried and whined about some of the stuff on Rileys wall. Awesome fucking collection though!! Dude has some seriously rare shit
