The Next BIG Puzzle Game Is Finally Here! - Talos Principle 2

Not sure if you noticed but those puzzles you did in the real world are legacy puzzles from the first game. They are recording their own history in the museum.

Neat little detail, the heckler during the speech is Byron, later when we leave the meeting we see he's n7 which means he's one of the originals created by the founder, he's like "bitch I knew the founder, you weren't even born yet"

i think it's worth noting that if you decline to go on the expedition it does actually roll credits. this is followed by a cutscene where the expedition team says something to the effect of "Such a shame 1k isn't here. He would've loved this."

This demo turned my pc into a space heater lol EDIT: to be fair, I left it on autodetected settings (ultra) and fps was high all the time on 1080p. RX 6700XT and Ryzen 5 3600.

honestly I'm glad I found @aliensrock channel.. 1. listening to his inner thoughts while i work, or relax. is very calming. 2. i love puzzles, although I'm not too smart, so, watching Tyler trying to solve these puzzles, while trying to think of the solution myself is the next best thing. 3. I used to play games especially with an interesting storyline, i remember one of my friends back then belittled me for loving to play a final fantasy series. so, thank you Tyler for your amazing content. I wish you well in your current and future endeavors.

I've been really looking forward to this game, hoping the new mechanics make it go way further beyond the ~5 puzzle elements in Talos 1 :D

Now that Talos Principle 2 is out, i always wondered why there isnt a full playthrough of Talos Principle 1 on the channel and if its somewhere i would really love to watch it.

20:24 this puzzle is from the first game by the way, and honestly? One of my favorites. I believe the connector on a box on a fan trick was taught earlier in the game, but the self-powering fan connector I believe is taught first or near first in this very puzzle. I remember being stumped for ages when I first played it. It's so well designed.

21:30 when Tyler got to this level i had a massive flashbacks to it in the first part. Guess all robots got kinda nostalgic about the good times in simulation

I'm glad to see this is going to be a series on here. I just replayed (and finally beat) the first game, but my computer is nowhere near good enough to run this. Also, the addition of laser connectors being able to keep their connections after being dropped is already a huge improvement over the first game

Saw this video on my home page and needed to go play myself before watching, 9 hours later and this is probably going to go down as one of my favorite puzzle games ever

This game blew away the concept of expectations, it's such an incredibly good followup to the first game

I've played the demo but it didn't have the museum, that's a funny addition! I really enjoy the new mechanics they introduce in the next part of the game.

I just love coming back from school and immediately getting a notification about a new video. Watching puzzle games is so relaxing, I can attempt to solve them myself or just watch you explain your reasoning to achieve a satysfying outcome

I suspect the power going out was a British thing. They have to specifically increase power to the grid at teatime because of all the kettles that come on at once.

Ah, a sequel to the game that made me ponder matters of existence itself and gave me an existential crisis for a month. I sure can't wait to get my hands on it when I get home! Thanks for playing this, alien of the rock.

This might be one of not many series' of yours that I do not watch, simply because I loved the first Talos Principle, it was one of my favourite puzzle games, so I am very much looking forward to TP2. I didn't actually know that it was even in development or coming out, so this comes as a very welcome surprise. Hopefully I don't need a supercomputer to play it... the first game was not immensely demanding, but it was surprisingly intensive.

For a second at the beginning i thought he loaded up the wrong game, it looks EXACTLY like islands of insight.

This game already looks like a high quality PS4 game on low settings, but on ultra it is just one of the best looking games out right now. Problem being no graphics card can actually run it at native resolution max settings on a stable >60fps
