Firstly: Congratulations on the birth of your son! Also: congrats on taking steps to work on you! I'm very sorry to hear about your father. I lost my mother when I was about to turn 23, and last year's birthday I just reached the age she was when she passed - it hit harder than I thought it would. Take all the time you need, we'll be here whenever you come back.

Thank you so very much! I think his birth has really caused me to take stock of time and make sure that I'm taking care of myself too. I'm sorry to hear about your mother as well, I imagine that's incredibly hard at a young age. I can also only imagine that it's very weird and difficult to hit that same age, I've thought about that myself when the day comes for me.
