I understand that they have to advertise, but it seems like overkill. I change the channel during commercials. And since commercials last so long and there's so many of them, I find myself turning the channel back on after a few plays have already been run.

LittleBigness it started at the college level at Arkansas. Darren McFadden perfected it in 2006 and 2007. That was one of the most exciting offenses in college football. He was even asked to throw the ball a lot especially in 07. I think he threw 5 or 6 TDs that year. U don’t see that with the wildcat anymore. It will never been ran like Houston Nutt & McFadden ran it.

robnor1029 1-31-1 the last two years and having only one season with more than 5 wins in the last 10 YEARS is far worse than being one and done in the playoffs. Which might I say the browns haven’t made since 2002. They’ve been last in all but two seasons since 2002. We went freaking 7-9 a couple years back and STILL finished last. Being a browns fan is the WORST. Y’all don’t what its like :(

I also think the reality with that Jaguars team is they were probably missing a blue chip prospect on both sides of the ball. They were a good, not great team. I don't think that necessarily would've changed Garrard's ceiling but they were clearly good enough to get to a playoff game with him. We also need to remember the roster had some turnover when Rio came into the job. Honestly, thats how I felt about all of Del Rio's teams in Jax, good not great teams missing key players that would've helped make the difference.

Fred Taylor was still kicking it around at that point in his career with a young MJD. I remember when Demarco Murray went to Tennessee and they drafted Henry, I went "oh this is perfect, like a Taylor/Drew situation. Let the veteran take a beating and then Henry becomes feature back." I think the rest of my life I'll use that comparison, the MJD/FT one, for how to handle backfields.

Also the only defensive player I found notable off top of head was Rashean Mathis and Daryl Smith (who you might remember as the LB who replaced Batlimores Ray Lewis upon his retirement following the Superbowl). But a very good corner doesn't make a team. Again, you want a few blue chippers or high end prospects on both sides of ball, and even stretching it neither of those players would have hit your automatic top 5 list at the time.

Disrespecting Romo is warranted. Often injured, crumbled under pressure, 2-4 in the playoffs. 8TD passes in 6 games. Lost 3 of those games by 5 or fewer points. All of those 3 games the cowboys lead after 3 quarters and Romo's offense scored 0, 3 and 0 points in the 4th quarter. Not exactly clutch. The other loss was a 34-3 disaster against the favre and the vikes where romo never showed up either. Also, he sucked in 08. One of his worst seasons. Got his pinky broken, missed 3 games. Going into week 17 the cowboys are 9-6 and have a winner take all game against the 8-6-1 eagles, romo & co crash and burn. They lose 44-6. Romo goes 21/39 for 183 0TD 1INT 2Fumbles. It's a team game sure but Romo rarely showed up when it mattered and his legacy reflects that. Oh, btw, the eagles went 2-1 that postseason and made it to the NFC finals, something Romo never did.
