I don’t agree with his decisions, but I understand his frustration. To go from a top WR in HS with thousands of yards and a scholarship from damn near every major D1 program, then make a decision to go to Oklahoma, only to get there and get less than 10 targets in a year. Then smoke some weed and get sat down for an entire year. Like I said, I don’t agree but I understand.

Weed isn't what holds people back that's just the stigma people have on weed in today's society sadly. So many NFL players and professional athletes play, train, go to meetings high. Weed is medicine not something that ruins your life. Society puts expectations on people such as not being able to smoke weed while being an athlete in college, which makes no sense to me. No problem though if a player wants to drink and become an alcoholic though, this world is fucked

@orclover2353
@orclover2353 Год назад
@@BoomerKeith1 Armed robbery, threatening and considering murder, are a bit past mistake. Those are pre-meditated crimes which endanger the lives of your adversaries but also people in the vicinity. He made this decision after being given a full-ride scholarship to a university and a great chance to develop into an NFL player who could make some money before he retired. I have empathy for people who grow up around crime and have few options but he was not one of them.

I bet most people don't remember L. Riley and staff gave him a chance to play offense and defense. If memory serves he was playing WR and Safety for a short period. That is extremely rare for a player in a power 5 conference to do. The kid had the talent...no doubt. I wonder if he had a HC that had a bit more stricter rules if he wouldve done better in that system...probably not but whov knows.

He made his commitment on April 4th 2017 was 261 and jumped to 155 on October 25th 2017. His ranking highest ranking was 55th in March 2018 and he ended at 66th in January 2019. Yo my dude do one my boy Eddie Williams out of Arnold high. He was a five star safety/athlete went to Bama won a natty then he's time came to start and instead of going to work he went to rob a dude and stole his laptop and credit cards then used said cards In a store with video cameras.. lost it all and tried and tried at juco and other schools but could never make it back to even d 2. He was the greatest athlete I ever saw in person. Dunking as a freshman nothing but muscle and he screwed the volleyball coach who was a very attractive blonde. Dude got pampered in classes and treated like royalty. Wasn't surprised to see him throw it all away. However; to see great Athletes, Workers, even Doctors that get treated like shit over a Flower that’s proven day after day, yearsss after year the benefits of it, ESPECIALLY on a athletes body. Even if he/she used topical cream that’s medicated, but doesn’t get you high, it’s considered a liability. It shows the lack of education, especially in 2022 of hindering great individuals Men and Women across the world to be treated, or dealt with as such. Pretty Lame.

another player failed by nccaf not paying thier top athletes, im sure if they atleast payed their players a livable wage, they wouldn't resort to violence/illegal forms of making money...

Several have done that. bad choices in the moment, that cost them Careers. Mikey Henderson was one too. I had High hopes for him. he got in with a bad crowd, Bridges and McGowan, all three really. Sometimes alone, guys will do fine, but lump them together, and they get into mischief, where they might not alone. Pick your friends wisely, and be willing to bail on them if they want to do something you know is wrong. If all 3 had thought that way, this never would have happened, they would have all stayed away from the dope house, and that situation. If one of you is a thug, don't even hang out with them. Drop them like they have the plague. The cost is too high.

You can always tell when a boy was raised without a strong father figure in their life. Have a sorta lost look in their eyes....

Don't you understand that players like him usually get in more trouble than the public hears about? You asking about a second chance when the odds are he has probably had 5 chances.
