As someone who works as a compliance consultant in healthcare, I am screaming on the inside that she is disclosing these poor kid’s personal health information to the world. This is so wrong, everyone deserves the right to privacy.

I don't believe the barber shop story at all. I actually find it so offensive. As a white woman who lives outside of Philly, I know that I could walk into any black salon and get my hair done and be treated well and embraced! They are stylists! They are not racists!!

She’s just such a homely looking woman

I was super insecure about my weight as a teenager but I still understood that it wasn’t personal when a doctor pointed out my weight. Staying healthy and building good habits young is so important, and doctors tiptoeing around a patient’s feelings when it’s detrimental to their health helps no one. This video is a million times more embarrassing than a doctor being honest about that kid’s weight in the first place.

She's absolutely disgusting for sharing so much, but my jaw dropped when she talked about her daughter's period, 😲 😱 as a mom to 2 daughters, I would NEVER!!!

The children have sleep disorders, and Alisha wakes up in the middle of the night to slam oven doors, run blenders, and throw plates across the counters!! I wonder why the copious amounts of sleeping drugs don't work??!!

It is still mind blowing to me that a person who is tasked to care for and provide a safe environment for children, especially children who come from traumatic homes is even allowed to do this is just shocking. I work in the healthcare field and I’m a OTA student, we are taught to advocate for our patients and to speak up when we suspect these things. Absolutely mind blowing. As someone who has gone to black and Hispanic barbers with my mixed son who is as light as I am (I'm mixed but light skinned), I can tell you for a fact, there's a slim chance she's ever been to an actual barber shop because there's no way those men seen the boys with that hot yellow parent and said nope I'm gonna let those kids figure it out. Despite what her white savior complex feels, professional/caring/real black men hate to see black boys in need when they can help. I guarantee she just didn't like them being able to relate.

I used to be a fan. I would debate others for her. I thought people were not picking. found your channel and my mind was blown. I hadn't seen all these videos. I didn't know she did all this. I used to mainly watch the videos of her doing laundry for the ADHD help of "body doubling" while I do chores. My mind was blown. I haven't watched a video of hers since.

I was embarrassed I grew up in a residential treatment facility and yes I peed the bed up to age 12. Def not something I'd want the world to know. Poor kiddos. Also low IQ is not a diagnosis for goodness sake. They are not dummies, they are survivors! Praying for those kids.

About the eggs, it might be a stove top flat griddle. We have one that you set across all the burners and it makes a giant cooking surface for large groups. It is also way easier to clean :-)

Has she given her bio kids’ diagnoses or just the adopted kids? The LOADS of day time meds are probably keeping the kids awake all night even w the overdoses of nighttime meds! My gosh! Their poor little bodies have to be chaos inside w all the drugs!!

My mom was the same way with my brother when it came to the doctors telling her and my brother that he needs to lose weight. She never took him back and now he’s over 300lbs. It’s not rude at all when a doc is telling you that you need to lose weight. And the worst part is that exercising and eating healthy actually helps depression! I can not stand when parents act like that!

I can not stand this woman. It's obvious she has a lot medical problems and I'm no professional but does anyone think she may have Munchausens by proxy? I think she discloses the kids medical conditions and the medications they take all for sympathy, but sadly she's making a massive amount of money from these poor kids misery.

My mom used to talk to family and her friends on the phone with me in the same room and would tell them my personal business, sometimes even make up lies about things I had said or done and I would have to sit there mortified. It causes resentment for sure. I can only imagine what these children are/will go through while processing this trauma of being exploited in front of millions of people.

This is just appalling, what mother talks about a child and their periods and what underwear they wear. That poor child, and my heart hurts for each of the children as their diagnosis and medical conditions are discussed

I recently fostered 4 kids, and have 3 of my own. I live in the states, in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom trailer. I knew the kid’s mom. They didn’t even come to my house to make sure it was safe. I signed papers as soon as I showed up to pick them up. I had to ask the worker to come to my house to check it out and document she did so just to cover my own butt. When she showed up she stepped in the front door, looked around, said “looks good” and tried to leave. I made sure she looked at their sleeping arrangements and had her check our smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector and look around the house. I’m hindsight, my house is way too small and I don’t think CPS should let too many kids live in one house. 7 kids was a lot, 6 of them were 9 and under. I had a 1 year old, two 2 year olds, a 3 year old, a 5 year old, and an 11 year old. It was honestly way too much lol but they were safe and that’s what matters

How are her kids’ teachers not concerned? They must hear talk of what goes on in that house in the hallways or even watch the videos out of curiosity. Teachers are mandated reporters, they should definitely have a few concerns. Children have usually 5 colds a year, as well as stomach flu and chicken pox. The teens in the DD house are less likely to get chicken pox because it’s more common with children. But if I were a teacher of those kids and I saw what was going on in their lives and how their parents handled it I would definitely be concerned. Social services does a home study here in the US as well where they make sure the children have a clean water source, adequate sleeping arrangements, view of outdoors, any safety system if they have special needs, etc. Alusha and Josh clearly fooled the system because their house is a cesspool and they don’t care. They’ll only fix what’ll suit their own needs

Any mom KNOWS we’re the first ones up but we CREEP AROUND LIKE A CAT!! There’s no banging pans, slamming cupboards and running hand mixers at 5am!! And she’s wondering why the damn kids can’t sleep! I can bet there’s no bedtime routines or structure so they sleep when they want. For the littles, anything after 8:30 is TOO LATE. For the older kids anything after 11:30 is too late.

It’s super surprising that no one is looking into this family. No amount of money or fame is an excuse for this behavior. These kids have been let down big time, I hope things change for their sake.

I can almost guarantee shes collecting SSI on every child that has a disorder. SSI in NY ranges between $900-$950 a month per child. And it doesn't work against your earned income. This is definitely Munchausen by proxy. These kids will always need upgraded medication and higher and higher doses. This lady is big pharma dream! Sad but these kids futures look grim with drug addictions. They need to be taken away and she needs to pay restitution to every child for pain and suffering and public embarrassment and shaming.

I worked in a division of law enforcement; I was new. We had a similar situation with one of our local families. No matter what proof we went to cps with it was met with shrugged shoulders this went on for 3 years. I finally called the state headquarters of cps. I explained that we had proof of said disaster family and that we were going to the press. We then called two local t.v. news stations and then 2 newspapers. Finally within 3 days kids were removed Father went to jail. Mother went into mental health rehab. FINALLY! Remember the pen is mightier than the sword ( news).

I was a nurse for almost 30 years and no child should be taking that much medication to sleep for 3 hours. As they get older those meds are not going to do anything. The next as a young adult is Fentanyl to sleep and then you are answering the questions why are so many older teens and young adults accidentally overdosing. What comes next for them to take for sleep, anxiety or whatever they may get a hold of without being under a doctor's supervision is very scary and becoming life threatening.

They are on a co op septic system. Shared with her neighbors. They produce too much thus the co op has to pump too often. The system was not designed to handle that many people. That is the issue.
