seeing someone play this gods damned game for me is very satisfying

Today I failed a table loop against a shade. (I had incense and a match box)

eh thats not that bad since they could speed up on sight. Now, If you failed a loop against a hantu or deo then idk delete the game ig.

It's a little difficult to test for Polters that way because a lot of ghosts can sort of mimic it. What sets a Polter apart is that during a hunt you can see how frequent its throwing stuff, its all about the frequency - and if there's doubt then usually it's not a Polter because they tend to be very obvious in those scenarios. The other test that you could do is create a pile of objects, if it explodes then it's a Polter because it tried to throw multiple at once and therefore explodes.

A normal ghost can throw objects with 1 second cooldown but polter is able to do it with 0.50 seconds

If you suspected it was a Polti, set up a test with lots of objects in the middle (a kitchen counter, tables, sofa,etc) so you can see how frequently the ghost throws while looping, sometimes ghost can throw 1 object and it can bounce off a wall and it'd sounds like the ghost throw multiple objects at once

It will only be one of the twins for each hunt and I think it's only like %10 faster or slower than normal. So, slightly fast one hunt then slightly slow coupled with a lot of interaction outside ghost room and good chance it's twins

Poltergeist ability is to throw multiple objects at once and it also has half cool down on how quickly it can throw. So it will throw roughly twice as many objects as others during hunts

Ghost orbs is a mimic ability, not its evidence, so I think its fair game.

​​@@PatrickMG19i mean you can do it with hunt only for mimic which would be more accurate to challenge because if ghost changes behaviour while hunting that means it's a mimic. I mean that's his primary ability rather then orb

But if ghost orbs wouldn't be allowed to check so will the salt won't be for wraith and it would be annoying to have that much restriction on an already restricted challenge

@PatrickMG19 it's not fair game. It's literally a hunts only challenge. That would be like using the activity monitor to figure out twins, even though twins are identifiable from hunts.

@ranjanasharan4051 challenges apply restrictions or difficulty ramp ups. That's the point of it being a challenge. If you do a no evidence challenge wouldn't it be silly to still get uv footprints evidence? All because you're specifically trying to rule out wraith but by getting uv footprints thats also allowing you to narrow down the ghost choice possibilities. Using the video cam for a hunt only challenge and finding the orbs is outside of the hunt aspect of the challenge. Yeah it'll take longer to figure out mimic, but the mimic is suppose to be the ghost that is the trickiest. The challenge isn't suppose to bend for making certain ghost painfully obvious to figure out just because a ghost takes additional investigation. That would be like having on infinite sprint in a no hiding challenge but because revenants are so fast reduce the ghost speeds to 50% 😑
