That would be brilliant. If a goryo has a 25% chance to do a hunt only visible with DOTS. That would make a goryo so much cooler.

Phasmo devs aren't smarter than us.😂 They just took out the coolest ability of mare being not able to turn on tv and PC😂. It's their game we're no one to question it.😢

Had a game yesterday where I clicked the light at the exact same time as somebody else, and I then had to take 5 minutes to explain to the other guy how it wasn't the mare ability. Coincidentally it ended up being a mare but had 0 abilities used at the contract summary screen.

Cabin is at the furthest area of the Maple Lodge Campsite and the Cabin doesn't open unless its done manually. You have to go to the Cabin and pickup a key beside the welcome mat/rug and unlock the door. This door cannot be opened during a hunt. But also this doesn't interfere with the ghost they can come out of the cabin even if it is still locked.

Goryo can only perform short roams, but they can be drawn away from the ghost room if they're particularly active and do lots of ghost events. Each time they ghost event they teleport beside a player within their interaction range. I've had a particularly active goryo chase me nearly all the way down a hallway in the high school just by spamming ghost events. As far as interacting within the room, it completely depends on the randomized ghost personality settings from game to game. I've had goryos that did absolutely nothing like a shade, and I've had goryos that would do ghost events like an aggressive oni. I've seen them stay mostly motionless, and I've seen them do a ton of roams back to back. If you get a ghost room on, say, Ridgeview in the dining room, it's very easy to seem like the goryo changes favorite rooms because there are 6 different 'rooms' packed tightly together in that one spot, and the ghost can easily wander between them on a short roam and drop the temperatures outside of their actual favorite room.

@amirahp1690 it would be even better if it was just a 75% chance so there's a 1 in 4 you'd be wrong if you kept guessing mimic

I think the model mesh determines the hitbox rather than being a separate thing you can modify, that's the only explanation for why they've been having so many difficulties fixing the collision with the ground for certain items.

Late reply but i assume it was the one where he Yokai tested and smudged it instantly in the kitchen, it followed the flashlight but never got line of sight to actually show its speed

Some ghosts like the Jinn goes faster the further you are from it for example.

more like its fast until it reach a certain distance than be more fast the further it is.

Considering how none of the original items had ragdoll effects, it's most likely that they boxed themselves in on collider tags and interactions on some foundation level of the game

@@ethanjamesbarron basically saying the probably didn't think about objects needing to swing or move when they made the game since they didn't exist at the start so they probably used the game engine features in a way that makes it harder to implement without bugs or major changes

@@jakobusswart1376 I understand your point this game is in some serious code debt. I'm not apart of the community much anymore but not too long before the big update I actually found one of the many ways people were bypassing Phasmo's anti-cheat and went straight to their ModMail where I was simply told they're fixing cheats and nothing progressed. It still works to this day (but I want to clarify I never used it with harmful intent and the small side-project was only because I wanted to help Phasmo. There were severe cheating issues with invisible people joining lobbies and doing weird crap)
