The Peak Workwear? - Pompeak Gentleman Classic Review 

As a younger man I would have jumped at this. Open hearts or skeletonized are just neat because you can see the machine operate. That's always cool. But as I've gotten older, I've begun to lean more towards simplicity with clean dials and traditional 3 hand hubs. This is an attractive watch, but as we all know attractiveness is very subjective and it's not quite what I'm looking for as an older man. However, I do think I know someone that would enjoy it. I'll have to ask his wife if this is something that he would wear. Thanks for the review.

I featured this watch on my channel a little while ago and I agree the dial is stunning, I just wish I had my new studio lighting when I had it 😩 Not a fan of the movement or the lug width and feel it’s right at the top end of its price bracket. Good video mate

You are right, a beautiful dial, and yes, would be more beautiful without the hole in it! The dial is so good, the open heart, ruins it. It's like a pimple on the Mona Lisa's chin! Lol..I don't like the fully polished look personally. It makes the watch look cheap to a certain extent. Definitely a mix of brushing and polishing would enhance the whole look of the watch. 100m is fine, the lume is fine given the type of watch it is. Depending on price, I'd buy this with no open heart and more effort put into the case finishing. Just one point, when you have an exhibition case to see the inner workings , the open heart is complete overkill.

I think a little more compact lugs would look better. 19mm would be perfect, J/k 20 is the way to go.

Interesting review, not for me....the dial is ruined with the O/H....bearing in mind that your buying the dial, they can't justify this price for the movement....I can picture this with a complete dial and it's a strap monster, or would be with 20mm lugs....used the link to check out there website, the diver your referring to is cool, would be nice if they'd send you one for us all to look at....🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⌚
