If I controlled my morning routine 220 days in 2024, my business goals would be met, my life balance goals would be achieved, and my financial goals would be fulfilled. Thank you Tom for reminding us of the basic foundation of success, our schedule.

Jill Biggs aka "My Hero and The Best" ... She's amazing and with my broker, Coldwell Banker. All true what you shared ... I moved to Ohio in 2005 and only knew one person, my fiance who happened to be a well-known doctor locally. I got licensed in June 2006. I made a morning routine - looking at the MLS and planning who I was calling. I went after expireds. After six months, I got an appointment which gave me 5 listings at one time. The next month (January), I got another expired listing and sold it end of February, like the owner wanted. I ended up with 11 listings in one year and 11 in the first six months of the next ... I was doing exactly what you talked about. I had the enthusiasm because I had faith especially after I was seeing results. I'm going back to this ... thank you for reminding me how uncomplicated it can be. :)

If you had a schedule and routine and completed it 220 days in a year! You'll absolutely be successful! I love that you mentioned this, I'm working on a book right not called FOCUS DAYS that is a similar topic. My number is 208! I'm curious what your specific math was for the 220 number or whether it was just randomly mentioned. Love it either way! Thank you Tom!
