Try this meditation, breath in into your belly instead of chest, follow the breath. Everytime you los focus in whatever, whether it be thoughts or anything else, bring back your attention to the awareness of the breath. This is one of the best meditations for me👍

Reading books is meditation itself, anything that forces the monkey brain to be silent is, its a workout for the pineal gland ( wich is the antenna of consciousness from the godhead)
