Good evening my divine brothers, I so appreciate you both! My heart is truly grateful for you! I started my first garden last year. I did not know how to start one! I attended numerous free classes that hosted classes on starting a garden. I am plant-based period! If it doesn’t come from the ground, I do not eat it! I go to the farmers market in my community!! It takes time to prepare from scratch foods that are not processed!; and I enjoy it immensely! I lost 130 pounds in 9 months by eating plant-based foods only! I started in November 2021! Yes it was hard but it was worth it! The sacrifices I made because I wanted to live! I got tired of being sick and tried! I salute you both! Hsve a wonderful weekend!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I grew up on a farm in Louisiana. Now I live in the Atlanta area. I have been growing food all around my house for years. I can concur that working in your garden, your mind tunes out all the noise. It's a space of healing and meditation.
I'm an 80 yr old Scottish lady who has lived in the US for 50 yrs. To my delight I found Dr Bobby Price and I'm now a huge follower . Just yesterday, a company released the first GMO seed marketed to home gardeners. I am saving every heirloom seed I can possibly find. This information here is more important than ever and we've gotta make sure we always have access to real food.
People need to understand the importance of owning land and why it’s so imperative to have it. I keep saying it yes owning a home is the dream, but owning the land where the home sits on is next level. Our ancestors owned land in the past and family members that was left the land it homes either sold it or irresponsibly lost it. It’s really going to come down soon as the survival of the fittest with food amongst other things. Which poison are we going to choose when it comes to food and that alone is scary to know. Dr Bob Keep up the good work, after the loss of some very close family members I made the decision to change my diet to more plain based nutrition and my back yard is now like a food farm. I live in the city here in Jamaica and I now produce bread fruit,bananas,ackee,mango,star apple,jamaican apple,sower sop,yams,cocoa,star fruit,mints,lemon grass,cinnamon,cashew,Jason berries,governor plums,coconut,peas, guava,grapes ,papaya and anything that will grow on my little food farm. I am inspired by what you do and I plan to setup my own RU-vid channel to spread this positive gospel. Keep up the good work. LH

People feed their children 'kid's food'. Stuff they as an adult won't eat. Blue juice drinks, processed chicken nuggets, salty snacks. Even the infants. And children are allowed to choose what they want to eat and parents comply. This is a drastic departure from previous generations. The kids dont sparkle anymore. They look dull, drugged and sluggish.

That is what they tell you in school and history books. That bit of history may very well not even be true. I find that the history passed down through the natives, tells a very different story.
It's all about genetics. I follow an African man who lives in not so good conditions, but he and his three wives are in great physical shape and health. A lot of his subscribers thinks he's on steroids, until he finally addressed the "haters" who can't belive his physique is all natural. He said his diet consists of fruits, vegetables, beans, and from the animals that he raises. And he's in Africa, so the water isn't phenomenal. Idk why black Americans think Africans or the African Ancestors didn't consume any meat? Health is mostly genetics and done in moderation. Fasting is the the solution.
This was such a powerful conversation. It made me choke hearing how toxic the diet I was raised in is…as an adult I know but as a teacher I see it at work. Man, I have a lot to think about.

Eugene, I’m listening! My grandfather was a farmer. He died before I was born but my mom tells me he would be so proud of me and what I’ve done with my home garden. I missed out on his wisdom but it’s up to me to educate myself thanks to people like you and make a change. My health depends on it.

My entire family goes camping every year. We are headed to the The Great Smoky Mountains this summer. When I was in high school our school had a program called Snowball where we camped in Southern Illinois. Even the Christian school in which I taught took the eight graders camping. What wonderful memories are stored in our souls. I remember watching Black America on CNN with Soledad O'Brien about the black family camping experiences, it changed my outlook in life.
I was thinking about about owing a farm this morning and I wrote it as a goal And this episode comes out the same day . Isn’t that amazing how universe work magic?
