I use to be silent but then was around people who I needed to connect with. I took a course on communication to make friends. Cause even my job depended on my coworkers and people above me liking me off the bat. Now I'm considering going back to silent. I'm no longer in a work environment and I think my current partner may think I'm a certain type when I have so many other layers just cause I always put him at ease and converse

Silence also allows us to become more in rune with nature. Our 6th sense and maybe more is able to reassert itself and our intuition become more focused. Constant noise can become a defence against an intrusive world. But it leads to losing the chance to really being able to tune into your own thoughts and ultimately your own world. A great loss many aren't even aware of. Sad!

I like the company of others and like to talk and have a laugh with others, I like the sound of laughter. I like the sound of music ( not loud loud music ) I like the sound of nature the wind the rain, the songs of the birds. I like sounds ( not loud noise) I feel lucky to hear nice sounds. I also like the the peace and quiet, peace and quiet is good, peace and quiet is golden, Shush :)

I am more of a quiet person, I love it. When I was a little girl in my mums buggie I wud be looking at ppl go by and just staring at them under my eyes Lol , I also work with someone who chips in half way thru when I’m talking to them and who also talks for Britain , I carn get a word in edgeways so now I give up .

I used to talk a lot. No longer. I like the quiet. Now people are unnerved by my silence. Now when the gossip-mongers come around fishing for something to use against me later, I give them nothing. They get frustrated after a bit! Even desperate to get _something_ out of me! Recently, one of them almost demanded, _"What are you thinking about?"_ I replied with a line from Al Bundy. (😉😁) _"If I wanted you to know, I'd be talking."_ I must confess, I enjoyed that. Maybe a little too much!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
