I live close to a thriving woodland nature reserve and find it refreshing taking time alone for a walk to sync with nature, seeing different types of plant and animal life. Taking a deep breath of fresh woodland air is vey refreshing and a great source of therapy. Going to near by parks is very calming and relaxing.

yes! guys, it's true. Keep practise it, even when you are in a conversation listen more & talk less. Keep meditation as a Daily Routine. Influence of meditation is much more than anything. Concentrate on the present moment. Do one thing at a time. You must keep you away from Distractions if you want to do those which has mentioned above.

We must know where to implement silence. Some people think silence in relationship is the best. Silence can be perceived as toxic too. For a healthy relationship, communication is key. Wisdom is the ability to apply knowledge correctly. I was recently in a relationship where they guy thought being silent was the best. The relationship ended quickly. Funny enough, the guy began seeking feedbacks at the end when I had already given up on him. Let's be careful with silence. It can be both good and bad.
